The Meccano Junior Police Car has a very good instruction sheet which makes the whole process a joy to do, it was great working as a team to carry out solutions to some of the challenges and seeing my son using his hands to assemble the car was a proud daddy moment! The car itself has a boot and bonnet which open, so the pretend play has more life to it, and the build quality is fantastic. Racing the car around is made so simple with the remote, my son took to it like a duck to water! This incredible remote control police car allows you to build and design your own car. Inside the packaging contains 73 parts, two tools, stickers to decorate the vehicle, a chassis, controller and instruction manual. Me and son had so much fun building this together, clicking and screwing in pieces as it allowed him to learn key skills such as problem solving, hand and eye coordination and motor skills. It was super easy to build and the instructions were very clear, we managed to build this within half an hour. My son loved choosing between the stickers provided to create his own awesome car. I adore the multifunctional trunk which allows him to open and close it and place his own figurines inside to pretend play to create a more fun experience. My son enjoys his magnificent toy as he can race around the house. I would definitely recommend this product to all parents and carers of little ones as this remote control car is exciting, skilful and entertaining! My little one has been kept occupied for ages and he holds so much pride in this toy as he built it himself. He just turned 5 so we needed some adult intrusion but with minimal help,he was able to build this great looking sturdy car which he could even drive! The only downside is it uses 6 batteries but they last longer than average and the toy is a great help with fine motor skills and enhances kids imagination which is ideal. Very easy to control with those little hands and runs perfectly on all types of floors. Myself, partner and son spent hours making this, really ideal building engagement, self direct, focus, self control skills, stem fine motor skills, problem solving and hand and eye coordination. It was really fun putting it together and taught my son alot the sense of achievement after was amazing and he was so proud he managed to build it from scratch. Comes in about 70 odd parts when out together the RC works well both on carpet and hard flooring.
