Classic old school figure</span> <span itemprop="description">[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Our heroic and gorgeous guardian of Grayskull could easily be displayed for a collector or played with. The packaging still shows her wings and staff, but if you open her up you will find she is really designed for play. While my husband was just as excited as the boys to see a classicly designed toy like his figures from the 80's and 90's, my daughter quickly claimed this hero as her own. She loves the ability to spread her wings to different spans, the staff, and how pretty she looks. The boys enjoyed the included comic book of Grayskull adventures. They also showed sis (for better or worse)that this highly articulated figure can also be disassembled and reassembled to trade out parts, armor, and weaponry if we collect more figures. A paper guide showing how and what parts are removable is packed with the figure. Most figures I don&rsquo;t think could handle this type of play, as plastic is too thin or weak but this figure was much more sturdy and easily could be adjusted by my 6 and 10 year old boys. My husband said this is just like his old toys were and because of that his mom still has some of these types of action figures 30 years later. Masters of the Universe Sorceress is well made. I love how the knees are better made than the older versions. I think having the figures have removable parts and switching them with the other figurines is awesome. My daughter loved to take Sorceress apart and not break it. The wings spreading is wonderful. I only wish that you can turn the toy it would snap back like a battling figure. Her wings move in and out very easy. Her legs and arms move easily, but her knees are stiff to bend. The staff that came with the toy fits in her hands but it does fall out easily. She came with a staff like accessory and the mini comic book. Comic books were definitely for an older age group than his and he didn't really care for it when we read it aloud to him. I like to do pros and cons when reviewing. The pros are from my observations and asking her what she thought. The size is perfect. It&rsquo;s not so big it&rsquo;s hard to take with you and big enough it does not get lost easy. It&rsquo;s nice that the wings have action movements to them and flare out. The character is true to the comic book depiction. I liked that it came with a comic book but this got lost on my child. We both liked that it is a female action figure so she can play along side her brother. It is also a very sturdy feeling toy. I don&rsquo;t see how it could break. There are a few negatives. The &ldquo;mix and match&rdquo; parts are way too hard to detach. My daughter was not able to at all and I even had trouble doing it. I thought I broke it because I had to pull so hard. She does not stand up on her own because her legs are uneven. They loved how wings were movable into different positions. Also how the joints all are moveable too. It was easy for them to position her where she could stand. Their 43 year old uncle had the original Master of the Universe characters and was very impressed with the quality of the figure. It should hold up for years as the originals did. Only reason I gave it a 4 star vs 5 star was because it said it had removable parts on a piece of paper that came in the packaging. But we are wondering if they meant &ldquo;moveable&rdquo;. We were afraid to pull on it because we didn&rsquo;t want to break it. So the instructions need to made to be clearer what it does. I highly recommend this figure.
