Let&rsquo;s start with the molded texture of the body. While not flocked, the detailing really gives it the look of a lush furry coat complete with the familiar green body and orange stripes. The saddle is two-toned (red and maroon) and feels like it&rsquo;s made of a quality plastic. The helmet is very sleek and matches Battle Cat&rsquo;s Revelations animated look. The face is very detailed and captures the animated look very well. One nice touch I really enjoyed was that you can close his mouth and one tooth remains outside the mouth, perfectly capturing the Cringer look. The biggest thing that makes this stand out is the pose-ability. There are so many points of articulation that can be altered! You can put Battle Cat (or Cringer) in virtually any pose you want. I cannot stress this enough: this is the best and most detailed Battle Cat made to date. It is called Deluxe for a reason. I honestly was not expecting it to be so big, big enough to fit an average sized super hero or villain action figure. My kids love playing with it, whether it&rsquo;s with other toys or just with this one; they really like the fact that you can adjust/move all 4 legs, head, and tail, you can also move the paws which I thought was pretty cool and had never seen it on an animal action figure before. The armour is removable, but little hands can have trouble putting it back on. Overall, this is a pretty sturdy, fun toy. She loves cats, and though this might not be your typical cutie kitty cat toy, this toy actually has all the articulation of a real cat. Because of this, she's been enjoying positioning it into all different poses and uses her various dolls to give them rides. This is a great toy that transcends the series into every regular play and is in daily toy rotation here. It has like 30 different ways to move joints, making imaginative play that much more immersive. My kids love that the armor is removable, and that the battle cat can be played as a cat or dinosaur (because of the armor). We did have some pinched fingers in the moveable joints, but that did not deter play much. He has articulated legs so they can pose him a lot of different ways. So much cooler than the one-piece Battle Cat I played with in the 1980s. He's a fun and versatile character you can use with a lot of different toys, not just Master of the Universe. My son didn't know what it was at first but loved the figure and the large size. We ended up playing some old reruns and starting the new series. Great size. Very solid and seems pretty durable. Our kid keeps it with him now when we watch episodes on TV. Great addition.
