Spider fits in the hover spinner snugly, with his safety helmet on, and doesn't fall out as he is zooming down my hallway! It also has a little fan attachment on the back , that does spin but only by hand. Honestly my son usually takes that part off as it says it gets in his way. She was so excited to receive the Spidey Web Crawler! It's perfectly sized for a toddler or preschooler. She thought it was really fun to push Spidey in the vehicle and send it down the hall. My preschooler son had more fun using the web to grab things. My son was excited when he saw it came in the mail and rushed to open it. He is not much of a Marvel fan, but he loves cars and anything with wheels. I did notice it says ages 3+, and I think my son (almost 8 years old) may be a little old for this particular toy. I think it is perfect for 3-5 year olds.
