My little boy is a huge fan of the Transformers movies and he was super excited and happy to add this one to his toy collection. The robot quickly transforms into car by doing a simple flip in the air, impressing every child who sees it, and once the child is done with pretend races the car turns just as quickly back into a robot with a simple push of a button. My son thinks that this is the coolest toy and already asked me to get him more like that. I recommend it, it&rsquo;s kid-approved by my son and I like how easy the conversion is. Hasbro has always been a favorite of my family and our go to gaming choice. However, this toy is built very poorly. It flips with one step transforming from a semi and turns into Optimus Prime. This was the only exciting part for my little guy. The hood does open as well and it is mobile but the wheels click into place so they were the first thing to break. My son played with it once. Granted, he is rough on everything. Yet, this time it wasn't slammed or stepped on at all. Then when the tire came loose, he decided to make it a flying toy. One air ride into the carpet and Optimus Prime lost his hood cover. I will give a nod for the plastic free packaging. I love the push for better efforts to avoid environmental pollution. That is really the only thing I can say anything positive about. It is quick and easy to convert it from the car to the transformer unlike some other versions we have used previously. When the item is being used as car works like it should and the wheels do spin normally. Every time there is a new movie out I am gonna watch it! The kids love the transformers also. This is a Optimus prime hand held flip and transform car! The colors are really nice and look great! It is so easy to transform the car and put back to car mode so younger kids will be able to play with this no problem. I like the size of the toy it fits in the palm of my hand. My 2 year old can transform it on his own and he really enjoys throwing it on the ground to get it to &ldquo;flip back&rdquo;. Maybe my one gripe is that the instructions on how it is supposed to transform weren&rsquo;t very clear but my husband managed to figure it out.
