Ive tried this bottle on a number of occasions with my infant and he seems to like it just fine, i cant attest to the anti-colic aspect of the bottle as hes never been a colicy baby to begin with but it has been great otherwise, he currently uses the #mam brand pacifiers so he adsusted to this bottle quite well since the nipples are similar! It is durable and well made and comes apart easily for thorough cleaning! This #mamanticolicbottle is perfectly sized and shaped for her little hands to hold onto and feed herself. The nipple has a textured surface and flat shape that fits perfectly into her mouth. There's a patented vented base that regulates pressure preventing bubbles and foam, making sure she did not get any air in her tummy while feeding. Another big plus is the self-sterilizing function making it possible to sterilize this in the microwave in 3 minutes. Sariah and I give this bottle two thumbs up and recommend it to anybody that has a fussy feeder. My favorite part of this already amazing bottle is the self-sterilization! Just unscrew, add 20mL of water, flip the top and microwave! Great for a day or of traveling. Also, one less thing to have to clean. Being a Mom with 2 kids under 2 years old I need all the time savers I can get. Another cool feature is the nipple... It's different than any of the ones I've used before. The shape is flat and my baby seems to take it easier than the others. My least favorite part was the size. I wish I was sent one of the bigger bottles because my baby is a piggy and will soon be out of this size. I was a little worried that it would leak since the bottom unscrews but I have not had any issues. I will definitely buy the bigger size soon. Daycare means lots of bottles and lots of germs. We have several brands of bottles and our son struggles with swallowing air, even on the breast. Initially he had a tongue and lip tie that we had corrected. But because he swallows air, it makes him burp, gassy and overall very uncomfortable. So, when using bottles, air control is very important to us. I received this&nbsp;Bottle from the weeSpring Parent Panel.&nbsp;We have used Mam bottles before with my daughter and find that they do a good job with keeping the air away from the baby&rsquo;s tummy. To do this they use vents at the base of the bottle and you will notice the extra plastic part at the base when cleaning. Simple and effective. However, another factor in my son swallowing air is the nipple. He prefers nipples that mimics a breast in shape and texture. This is where I feel like the Mam bottle isn&rsquo;t right for us. Although the nipple tip is similar in size to other traditional bottles, the areola part of the nipple/neck isn&rsquo;t wide and shaped like a breast, which helps w his latch to the bottle and air intake. The nipples tip is shaped different compared to other nipples, in that it is flat on 2 sides. However, because the neck is thin, we had trouble getting the little guy to latch without swallowing air. Cleaning is pretty easy, even though there are a few more parts due to the fact that the bottom screws off and there is an additional venting membrane in the bottom. Everything pops or screws apart easily and cleaning is simple. Putting it back together is just as easy and each part does not require any special tool to clean. If you want to sanitize, that&rsquo;s easy too. Just pop it in the microwave and because it&rsquo;s bpa free, in a few of minutes, it&rsquo;s germ free. With daycare germs, I love this feature! Although the nipple isn&rsquo;t working for us right now, I&rsquo;m definitely holding onto this bottle and hoping as the little guy gets used to having bottles at daycare, we can transition over to this bottle in the future. He is mostly breastfed and only receives a bottle a few times a week. While we&rsquo;ve moved past his initial refusal of any bottle, my little guy is still pretty picky. Recently we tried out this MAM bottle. The MAM Anti-Colic bottle is the most unique bottle we&rsquo;ve used. Unlike others we&rsquo;ve tried, this bottle unscrews at the bottom as well as the top, breaking down into 6 pieces. The vented base reduces pressure which prevents bubbles which means less gas in baby. (Which as the mom of spit up prone boy makes me very happy!) The MAM bottle also has a distinctive nipple shape, much flatter than traditional rounded bottle nipples. This nipple is supposed to be more natural and easier for babies that switch between bottles and breastfeeding. I was a bit weary about all the bottle parts but I tossed them all in the bottle caddy in the dishwasher before use and it didn&rsquo;t seem like any more trouble than a bottle with fewer parts. I really enjoyed that the pieces dried so quickly because they were smaller. Assembly is a snap because they all fit together really well and we didn&rsquo;t have any leaks. My son seemed to enjoy the bottle. He latched on right away and drank pretty quickly. I did notice that the vented base seemed to be working and the milk was not bubbly or foamy throughout the feed. I didn&rsquo;t notice too much of a change in his gas after his feed compared to another bottle feeding and he still had a bit of spit up. Pro&rsquo;s of this adorable MAM baby bottle: there are little vents in the bottom that reduce air flow. Which also reduces the possibility of gas. As most parents will know, a baby without tummy issues, is a happy baby! There was no leaking from the piece that twists on to the bottle. Which was AWESOME because a lot of the bottles out there do leak from that part. Something that did concern me a bit, is that there are 6 pieces to this one itsy bottle. When a new Mama (or Dada!) has her hands full, you look for saving time in everything you do. Such as washing bottles. That time adds up and could&rsquo;ve been spent on catching up on some zzz&rsquo;s. Overall this was a great product. We generally love everything MAM in this house! I give this bottle 4 stars, not because it didn&rsquo;t do everything it&rsquo;s advertised to do, because truly my baby had no belly issues after using this. It was pretty easy to clean especially since all you have to do is screw off the bottom to get to the rest of the bottle. The only problem was cleaning the nipple thoroughly, though that was easily solved by filling the bottle with water and soap to the tip of the nipple and putting it in the microwave for 50 seconds and then rinse. Given the extra time pumping takes, with bottles I&rsquo;m all about convenience. It needs to be easy to clean, leak-free (no mom needs more laundry or stickier floors), and most importantly, needs to work so baby eats. With the right flow, I think this #MAMbaby bottle ticks all the boxes! The wide bottom and top make it a breeze to wash and the option to quickly microwave sterilize is much appreciated too, especially this winter #SOmanycolds. I think our babe&rsquo;s outgrown the slow flow nipple that came with the bottle, which meant more playing than eating for us. That said, with all that biting, dropping and tossing not a single. drop. got on my floors #miracle! The nipple has a great texture and shape to make it easy to transition between breast and bottle feeding and I&rsquo;m confident she would&rsquo;ve drained it if we&rsquo;d had the faster flow nipple. The nipple is a lot like my breast shape and i think she really likes because she&rsquo;s familiar - even though she&rsquo;s smart enough to know lol. The shape of the bottle and mouthpiece is really my favorite part because I had troubles finding one similar enough to my breast for a very long time especially with my oldest daughter. MAM has done an excellent job and I can&rsquo;t wait to use these bottles for my next little. The bottle is BPA FREE which is I know is important to me and other moms out there.
