What I did like about the bottle, from what I could observe, is the design. The bottle opens from the top and bottom which makes it super easy to get squeaky clean. I like the natural nipple design and I think my baby would have liked it if he got to use it. She has shown to be perticular when it comes to bottles. I was hopeful this one would be a winner since she loves the MAM pacifiers and I was right! This one she took the first time without fuss. The nipple design mimics breastfeeding and is BPA free. The venting at the bottom helped keep unwanted air out which made for a happy tummy. There are a few more pieces to this bottle but the bottle was quick to assemble. The design also made it easy to clean - no little nooks for milk to hide. I usually handwash and sterilize in the microwave using one of the sterilizing bags and run through the top rack of the dishwasher weekly. The bottle also fits nicely in cupholders in my stroller and diaper bag. I can easily fit 3 of these bottles in my bottle bag for my daugther to take to school with her. I received this porduct through the weeSpring Parent Panel. Our favorite feature is the venting - Mam bottles don't fill with air and build up pressure at the nipple like the other bottles we use. Less air in her belly equals happier baby and mama. She also had no problem using this nipple and leaked less out of her mouth. I have a like/dislike relationship with all the pieces. As said above, I like the venting, but that makes for 6 total pieces to clean (from top covering nipple down to the base piece). The pieces are very easy to clean, but again its 6 pieces. Also with a collar &amp; bottom to screw on there is an increased chance of not screwing on something evenly or tightly (happened once w/me &amp; once w/husband). Overall, we like the bottle, but it's not preferred when we're trying to be quick before a feeding or w/cleaning. Again I faced having another baby having latching issues. This time around I didn&rsquo;t even have bottles out because I was so bound and determined to have my baby feed naturally. After my daughter turning a week old and not gaining like she should I knew I&rsquo;d have to pump and feed her from a bottle. I used a few different bottles during these next few days of deciding to pump and honestly as far as ease of transition from bottle to breast or breast to bottle the MAM bottle was my favorite. I do also like the feature of the exit air holes towards the bottom. I have a few MAM bottles and I don&rsquo;t know what&rsquo;s the deal but at times the dang cap will not go on right and when your baby is screaming that can cause some major frustration. Or once where I realized it was spewing all over her because the cap wasn&rsquo;t on. I love that it comes apart on the top and the bottom for easy cleaning. It also can be sterilized quickly in the microwave which is a cool feature! It&rsquo;s a bit wider than the bottles we currently use so I&rsquo;m not sure it got warm enough for my son. But when he did drink out of it it was easy for him to use. After receiving the bottle I noticed that it had a few unique features to it which I was excited about but to be honest, I feel like it just made a super simple bottle more complicated by adding the self sanitizing function to it. The self a sanitizing function seems like a good idea but in the end it still worked better to Sanitize all bottles in a big group. This would be a great bottle for traveling where you would not be able to bring your bottle sanitizer. If that is the case it would be great to see that called out on the packaging. The nipple shape was a little different and more curved so it took a little bit for my baby to want to use this bottle but after a while it didn&rsquo;t seem to bother her. Watch out germs! It&rsquo;s not completely foolproof, however, since even after reading that the nipple needs to &ldquo;click&rdquo; in before sealing, yours truly forgot and ended up dumping breast milk on my unsuspecting cutie. Also probably why it took a couple days before she trusted it enough to drink from it. The 8 month old was delighted to hold it herself. I didn&rsquo;t notice a huge difference in its anti-colic performance as my LO still struggled with burps and spit-up immediately after. So here are my thoughts: Pros -I absolutely love the sanitize everything with just the bottle feature! I think it is genuis. -Just by design I can tell how they can help with a spit-up and gassy baby. Wish I could have tried it with one of my older children who definitely had colic. But my 3rd? I truthfully couldn't tell a difference on her. -the nipple is unique and my baby had no problem latching at all. Cons -it can look overwhelming with all the parts. Grandparents struggled especially at first trying to puzzle them together. -cleaning requires one to take apart all the parts.. while this could be a pro because you know you clean the bottle well, it is also a hassle when washing dishes. More parts=more to wash. I love that this bottle can be completely broken down into all its different parts. It makes it really easy to hand wash and assure that you don't miss any spots. You can also just throw each part into the dishwasher which is nice. The microwave self-sterilize feature is also cool, but I wish the directions would have said to not screw the bottom on too tight. I think the first time I did the microwave sterilization, the bottom was on too tight and when I opened the microwave, the nipple had exploded off and there was water everywhere. When I did it again, I loosened the bottom and it was fine. This bottle also fits (but not perfectly) on my breast pump whereas the other bottles I use don't. My daughter also seemed to like the bottle as the slow flow mimics breastfeeding and makes it easier to go from breast to bottle. She also spit up less with this bottle than some of the other bottles I have used. The base of the nipple is smaller than other bottles we&rsquo;ve tried so milk dribbling was a problem. We use MAM pacifiers so I thought it would be a similar transition, but it hasn&rsquo;t been for us. The nipple is more compressed than the MAM pacifier nipple. I think that&rsquo;s why we had more milk fallout. Cleaning the bottle has been a lot easier than other anti comic bottles we&rsquo;ve tried. I actually prefer this bottle in that area. The bottom and top of the bottle screws off so there&rsquo;s a wide area you can get in and clean from. There&rsquo;s basically only one extra piece to clean and it&rsquo;s super easy. We recently received a Mam bottle from Weespring Parent Panel to test and really liked it. First, the nipple is super soft and the shape is different from other bottle nipples because its flat. Liam loved it and he latched so well to it and helpes promote a good latch while nursing. Second, the design of the bottle helps pull the air away from Liam with a different venting system in the bottom of the bottle helping reduce the amount of burps and spit-up after feedings. Next, you can sterilize the bottle with just the bottle super easily in the microwave. Finally, the bottle is super easy to clean! I like that the base of the bottle is wide&mdash;one of the bottles I normally use tips over too easily. I can actually hear the air passing through the base vent and after 1.5 oz bottle feeding my girl was comfortable and had very little to burp up. I was a bit wary that she may not take this nipple because we had only used two other brands with her, but she took to it immediately. Although the nipple provided with this bottle (level 1, which is the slowest) is still way too fast, if you are mostly breastfeeding you can adjust by pace feeding (which you should be doing anyway to preserve the breastfeeding relationship). Two thumbs up for the neat self sterilizing feature with the measuring cup on the lid! I just don&rsquo;t know if I would want to take apart all the parts especially on the base to clean. Since I was going back to work and would be away from her for much of the day, the bottle issue was extra stressful! It seemed like she would rather go hungry than take a bottle. We were getting so worried and frustrated, but offered her the MAM bottle, and immediately, she was more successful than she had been with any of the others. It seemed like the unique shape and texture of the nipple intrigued her enough that she would at least try to latch. We started offering the MAM bottle consistently, and within a couple of tries, she had figured it out and was taking several bottles a day while I was away. We&rsquo;ve gone on to order three more MAM bottles so far, and we&rsquo;re using them exclusively. I had several concerns with the bottle &mdash; one being that she would be more gassy and uncomfortable/spit up more. That has not been the case at all, and I think that&rsquo;s credit to the slow flow nipple and the vented bottom. I was also concerned about leaks, but so far, we&rsquo;ve had none. Also, love the self sterilizing feature. We just received this a few weeks ago and already this bottle is quickly becoming one of our favorites. My son is now 9 months and has struggled with reflux and latch issues ever since he was born. Finding a bottle that helped manage this but was still easy to clean (and to put together when baby wanted the bottle right then and there) was SO important to us. This bottle addresses all those areas and literally makes my husband's and I's life so much easier. Plus my son seems to be a natural in using it and had the perfect latch the first time we used it! Pros: Easy to clean by hand and only 3 pieces, can sterilize it as is (which means it great to take for traveling!), dishwasher safe, built-in vent (vs. the extra vents like other bottles), no leaks while drinking from it, nipple shape makes for an easy latch The only potential concern I have is how well it will hold up when taking it in the diaper bag with fluid already in it. I'm just concerned that somehow the bottom will loosen and leak. It is rather bulky for tiny hands, but it works well overall. The flatter nipple shape feels so much more natural and my LO took to it easily. As she&rsquo;s starting to move on towards a sippy I&rsquo;ve changed out the nipple several times with one of their next level options and it&rsquo;s worked beautifully so far. It&rsquo;s also great size for their little hands to hold as they learn to self feed. Both the top and base unscrew for super easy cleaning but make sure you get a good seal when you put it back together or you might wind up with a puddle in your diaper bag...not that I know from experience ;) I&rsquo;m so thankful to the Weespring Parent Panel for sending it to us to try. It&rsquo;s important to us to have a bottle that&rsquo;s easy to clean when you are going through several bottles a day. The design makes it easy to hold for feedings and our son has taken to the shape of the nipple really well which Is always a concern when choosing the right bottle. She has been super picky when it comes to bottles but she takes this one with no problem! She is EBF but once in a while when I have to step out I will leave a bottle for her. She usually fusses when taking a bottle but not this time. I love that it&rsquo;s vented so that her acid reflux doesn&rsquo;t act up. It&rsquo;s such an amazing bottle considering I can sterilize it all in under three minutes in the microwave. The nipple is such a perfect shape and Mimics mommy&rsquo;s nipple so that she doesn&rsquo;t get too confused. We love the wide design and makes it easy for her to hold. They are cute and the design is very gender neutral! My little guy is exclusively breast fed, but I pump and give bottles occasionally for date nights. He is not the best at taking a bottle so when the opportunity arose to try one, I was excited! Some of the things I like about the bottle was the wide design. It made for a quick and easy clean! The bottle is also BPA free so sterilizing is super easy without the harmful chemicals. The design of the nipple was very unique, it looked to mimic the natural shape of the real deal! Although the design was intriguing, my little guy didn&rsquo;t love it. (I think he likes his mama a little). The bottom of the bottle unscrews and the design makes it anti colic, however I didn&rsquo;t love this feature, because it can come unscrewed pretty easily and leak.
