<span itemprop="description">We loved this Magic Mixies Potions kit. It was so hands on and exciting. We liked the fact it came with stickers to name everything a magical, mysterious name. Although the labels for the home objects could have been stickers as well. The kit has plenty of stuff included, and has so much to do. We've not been disappointed by any of the spells we've created! It would be good to have a little more info in the spell book...a bit of description as to what is supposed to happen so you know it has worked perhaps! And my children wanted to know why things happened. The science explanation would have been good too!
But we can't really fault it as it was super engaging and has given hours of fun!</span>

<span itemprop="description">We were lucky enough to receive the set and couldn’t wait to get stuck in. The packaging was colourful and the pictures looked dramatic enough for my daughter to want to do the fizzing spell. We followed the instructions and although it did fizz it didn’t quite achieve the same impact, we adapted the ingredients and added 50% and was just like picture, she wasn’t disappointed however it’s all about experimentation. The set got us together as a family to try our own spells or watch the outcome of each others. Some with beautiful bubbling or swirling effects. The tipping upside down of the cauldron was a fun one. The children loved getting out the ingredients, setting them up using the lists for each spell to make sure they had what was needed for the recipe. We have thoroughly enjoyed receiving, making and reviewing the set and have already bought two as presents. We would definitely recommend it as such a fun experimental experience. The spell book was clear along with the instructions. Thank you.</span>

A fabulous potions set packed with everything you need to create over 70 potions! For a few of the experiments you do need some simple kitchen items like white vinegar and water but other than the odd few things we were all good to go!
Our eldest created the Genies Potion and her absolute fav Sleeping Dragon Eggs in her first go!
A brilliant set for any budding scientist and Magic Mixies fan that we can see making the top Christmas lists for 2023! Learning through play and STEAM toys are one of mummy adventurers things and this definitely delivers on that!
For the best part most of the experiments were pretty mess free and were quick and easy to master! We loved this kit!</span>

I was apprehensive at first. I’ve used many “science” kits to find some don’t work as we had hoped. But this magic potions kit is fantastic!!! The instruction are simple and clear. The mini cauldrons are super cute. And every single potion we created went just as we had hoped. The kids were thrilled and shocked by them all. It was fun to do this together and you are supplied with a good amount of “mixtures” so we can make these potions over and over again. I also really liked the fact the girls were able to do most of this themselves, whilst I just needed to be there to advise.

There are sooo many potions! My son 9 and daughter 3 made countless of potions together and separately, so it's really good for all ages but with constant adult supervision. They were already big fans of the Magic Mixies toys and have tried various other potion/science kits so this combined the best of both worlds. Several household ingredients are needed to supplement the kit, but we had all of these to hand. The instructions for all the potions are simple and clear and the girls had no issues doing them independently. Enough ingredients are supplied to do each potion multiple times giving the kit lasting power.
Not all the potions worked perfectly first try for us and some of the potions are repetitive (slight variations on the same reaction) but the kids didn't seem to care. There's also no explanation for the kids as to the science behind the potions - but as the branding is around magic, that wasn't entirely expected. Would have been a nice to have though!
All in all, the girls really enjoyed this, have gone back to it several times and I feel its good value for what you get!</span>

<span itemprop="description">As soon as the kiddies opened the magic potions set they couldn't wait to get stuck in! My 10 year old little girl really enjoyed mixing and creating her spells - the spell book is such a good idea!! Then my toddler (4) also wanted to get stuck in, so with supervision and guidance he really enjoyed being a wizard for the day.
Only thing I would change in the kit is it would have been great if the stickers for the home ingredients were provided!</span>

<span itemprop="description">We have received Magic Mixies Magic Potion for free but this is an honest review.Kids loved the fact that they can mix and measure ingredients themselves, the instructions are ready simple and understandable for kids.They were absolutely thrilled with the results ,potions were fizzing, changing colours etc. Definately would recommend it for my friends and family.</span>

My daughter was so excited to get started and loved the safety glasses that came in the kit. It was super easy to set up and the instructions were all very clear and easy to understand.
It was so lovely to share the experience with my daughter, doing all the potions with her, giving us some mother/daughter bonding time. The spells were so much fun and we loved seeing what each one did. The only disappointment for my daughter was the fizzing ones didn't make as much mess as she'd have liked!
An absolutely brilliant kit, perfect for gifts and lots of fun to do!</span>

<span itemprop="description">We were kindly gifted this fab kit, to test and give our honest review. We had such great fun trying out all the potions. From the potion book, each potion was clear and easy to follow, my daughter loved the dragon eggs and the lava potion. She is so keen to try more and wants to try and make up her own. This kit gave my daughter enjoyment, creativity and confidence in putting together each of the potions. The best part was seeing her face light up at the end result. We give this magic mixies mixlings potion kit a big thumbs up.</span>
