The vehicle is really good quality, it’s really pretty and it’s really girly which she loved because it’s not often you get a pink girly car. The potions didn’t work as well as they should have or we thought, when you shook them, as you should, they would leak. Two out of the three didn’t do what they were supposed too. My daughter still really enjoyed it and still plays with the car all the time with her other toys :)</span>

My son loved the truck it’s so pretty and study and he loved the waterplay even more. He really enjoyed mixing the potions and shaking for the magic accessories to appear. Unfortunately one of our potions bottle didn’t work and the accessory got stuck in the cap . But this did not distract from the fun.
I think it would have been more exciting if the potions had fizzed when shaken.
My son has spent hours playing with his truck after the potions mixing . He has enjoyed refilling the potion bottles with water and saying his own spells as well as creating over storylines with it incorporating other toys
I highly recommend this toy and say it’s suitable for both boys and girls.</span>

The very first play with it is so magical, deciding which potion to mix, using the pipette and the cauldron and discovering the little treasure inside each bottle. Safe to say my children were in their element!
But even after that we've had this toy out constantly, it's been in the garden where we made a potion shop in the paddling pool using water, grass and petals, it's been in the kitchen where we used bicarb and vinegar to make new potions and it's been in the bath where soaps and shampoos became the potions.
The concoctions are endless and so is the fun!
From Mum's POV I felt an added bonus is how child-friendly the setting up process is. Usually with these kinds of toys I have to do most of the opening and instruction reading however with the potions vehicles the instruction sheet had a really pretty and clear pictorial guide which even my 5 year old was able to interpret and once i'd removed the vehicle from the box packaging my children were able to get stuck in straight away with just a pair of safety scissors needed to snip open the potion packets!
A really well designed toy that isn't just a one hit wonder, with a sweet collectible character that can be used in other Magic Mixes play sets, my children are definitely going to be collecting these toys now!</span>

She enjoyed making the potions and her imagination went wild with what the potions would create, however she felt she was too old to play with the truck after ( my 2 year old however loved it once I removed the small
pieces)
I’m glad I put down a mat as it did get a bit messy with the fiddly parts e.g. powder and sequins. She also found it hard to remove the accessories from the potion pots.
This being said lovely toy i think is best aimed at 6-7 years olds to benefit from
all features of the toy.</span>

<span itemprop="description">[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The item itself looks very appealing to little ones - the cute figurine, the idea of making potions etc. but if I’m honest, after you’ve made the three potions, it’s a little underwhelming. Although saying this, my daughter really likes the vehicle and has been driving other toys around in it as well as making “potions” and “spells” using the little cauldron which is sweet.
Making the potions was great fun… although you definitely have to shake them for much longer than recommended. One of ours didn’t work and I had to pull the accessory out. The items inside go on the little figurine but don’t really go on at first because they’ve been squished into the potions bottle top. It takes a couple of days for them to go back to normal and fit.</span>

<span itemprop="description">[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I find it hard to find toys that both my 9 year old and 4 year old will both like but the Magic Mixies Mixling Potion Truck did the job.
They both enjoyed making the little potions and my 4 year old loves the truck and role playing selling potions and driving it around.
I love that you can also reuse the potion pots and cauldron in other play and have a great toy truck to use after!
The only downside in my opinion is the potion making isn’t that “wow” not a lot of fizz or reaction to keep my 9 year old happy but overall a fun few hours and ongoing play opportunities!</span>
