<span itemprop="description">I purchased this cottage because it looked super cute and said it had a pretend play sink/stove. Upon assembling we noticed that it had no detail inside to show a stove or sink. Just blank area. I was disappointed when I saw that. Going to try and fit her kitchen inside her cottage to solve my problem. Other than that it was easy to assemble.</span>

<span itemprop="description">Very quick and easy setup. 10 mins tops. Panels were flimsy but when put together held up well. Roof snaps together, side panels are held up by plastic bolts that come with a plastic key to tighten. My 2 1/2 yr old daughter loves it! Fits in my apartment living room.</span>

<span itemprop="description">This play house if flimsy. The plastic is not as sturdy as they used to make it years ago. I would have expected it to be a much better quality because it is little tikes and the price. I remember having a little tikes play house when I was a little girl and the palatial was super thick and the house was very sturdy. When u was done playing with it and outgrew it is became a dog h I use for the dogs. When my parents finally got rid of it after having it for 10+ years the only thing wrong with it was that the color had faded. This flimsy house makes me disappointed in little tikes!</span>

She just turned 1 and love to open and close the doors and take her brother's toys inside with her and play! My only annoyance was that the parts include 2 flag-pole holders that screw to either side of the house, but there is no flag with it or a pole. When i searched Toys'r'us and even Little Tikes for a flag to purchase, it doesnt exist... Seems like they should at least have one that goes in the holder, even if i have to purchase separately...</span>
