The tank is great however, the hose bends and will eventually break because it always bends at the SAME place. There isn't a hook to keep the hose on so it doesn't bend. Kids will not pay attention to how the hose is placed. Issue #2, if you remove the tank, the fire truck can fall back, not totally safe. I still recommend it but emailed Little Tykes to see what can be done about the hose. Also air is escaping the pump handle, for some reason? We've only had this for a month! She wants to take it on her vacation! It doesn't work very well on the lawn because the steering is through walking and the little legs can't push enough for the bumps in the lawn, but it is terrific on the sidewalk. She fell through the first time she walked it so we put a &quot;fire helmet&quot; on her in case she fell through again, but she learned quickly and hasn't fallen through again. The next day we found out that they had filled it with lemonade and water from the sand table. We worked on it for awhile and had difficulty getting it to pump, so I emailed customer service to get a new pump. We then got it to work with the original pump after more work. Little Tikes had already sent the free pump without any questions. It arrived within a week! The door doesn't open and shut, you just climb in. My boys could barely fit in it. The tank in the back falls off all the time and they get aggravated. My boys played with it the very first day they got it and haven't touched it since. The thing was a little hard to assemble and one of the top ladder pieces didn't fit quite perfectly so it is a little jiggly, but all in all it is a great product. This was for my 3 year old daughter for her birthday and she was thrilled. She's taking it all over the house and even wants to eat her meals while sitting in it.
