That was over a month ago and I am still waiting for the call. For anyone interested in purchasing this unit, the power cord is approximately 24-25 feet long. The required area is an additional six feet on each side with one side connected by a vinyl airflow tube to the compressor. We were also told by customer service that it is not to be used indoors. The instructions say it will be damaged if kept out in the rain. The product itself seems great. I couldn't keep her out of it - she just belly-laughs being near it :) We live in CA so it was important to get the cover - keep the sun off of her &amp; the material cool. Plus it keeps leaves out. The only con would be that the mesh doors on the back need more velcro, which I'll pick up at the store, so your little ones don't go flying out when they get all revved up. People mentioned it would be hard to get into the case afterwards, but if you go slow &amp; get all the air out, we didn't have a problem, took 10 minutes max. We opened up the box and had it inflated in less than 5 minutes. Set up is a breeze and my kids love playing in it. The only complaint I have is trying to get it rolled up and back into the storage bag. Took a couple of tries the first time, but I've got it figured out now. The children were told the rules no shoes etc. They are 10,5,4,and 2yrs and off they went. They would have bounced forever if we let them. The two year old was intimidated by the bouncer at first, but it wont be long before she joins the fun. We love that it is shaded to keep the sun out. Totally worth the money!!!
