We bought one for a nephew's first birthday about three years ago, and he still plays on it every day. He loves it so much we bought one for another nephew and now our own son. It was very simple to assemble, and it's easy to move, if you want to take it inside/outside. My only complaint is you have to be careful when putting toddler in the swing. The swing moved from underneath my son while I was trying to buckle him in, and he took a tumble. And it was extremely easy to assemble! Also, my rambunctious 7yr old niece climbed on it a couple times and it held up fine to her, so I'm very confident in letting my daughter play on it! I wouldn't necessarily buy it for a kiddo over 2 years old simply because the slide is on the short side and the entire set up is lightweight and will wiggle around if your baby is chunky like mine. However, we bought this for my daughter's 1st birthday and it is just the right size for a baby getting used to using a slide. Just long enough to put a smile on her face and the whole thing can sit in my living room with minimal interference. The swing works great (it's a bit like an infant swing but maybe half again as big). Again, if your child is more than about 2 years old and 30 pounds, the whole apparatus will move around from the weight of swinging. Product shipped quickly. Easy to put together for me without any help. She loves the swing but cannot climb or play unassisted on the slide yet. It will last her a long time and it's small enough to fit into our basement for the winter. Something fun for the cold weather. Only thing I would say is more annoying than anything are the swing straps. They are incredibly difficult to adjust but it's doable. It was easy to put together but it's pretty big, probably about 4.5 ft by 3ft at its widest. He isn't walking yet but was able to climb up the wall (and the slide) and enjoys that. The swing seems a little unstable, when you put him in it seems to want to tip him out if you do t put him right at the back of the seat but once strapped in its safe. The whole structure moves when the swing is going, which is not a huge deal to and probably partly because we have it on low pile carpet. I don't know that you would have the same problem outside.
