It was easy to put together but it's pretty big, probably about 4.5 ft by 3ft at its widest. He isn't walking yet but was able to climb up the wall (and the slide) and enjoys that. The swing seems a little unstable, when you put him in it seems to want to tip him out if you do t put him right at the back of the seat but once strapped in its safe. The whole structure moves when the swing is going, which is not a huge deal to and probably partly because we have it on low pile carpet. I don't know that you would have the same problem outside.
