So in other words: 3 kids have used it, have loved it, and still enjoy playing on it. It looks new because we keep it indoors. Our guests with kids love it as well. She has been playing with it for about 6 hours now. She went down the slide many times, it is a fun ride because it is long and real smooth. Her bum would slide off though, so we put a pillow at the bottom to try to pad the floor because she said it was hurting. She has been putting her animals and little people and cars down the slide and is just having a blast! We have it set up in the living room and it looks nice and is like a dream. So when I put it together, it was basically easy, except I could not snap the ladder into the base that sits on the floor. I tried and tried, but I am just not heavy enough...I am 150 pounds and 5'9, but still am not heavy enough or strong enough to snap it in...my daughter is going down the slide unsnapped, but it is still sturdy. I'll have to have a strong man come over to snap the ladder in for me. It folds up easily to fit into a shed or large closet. It is VERY sturdy, my lawn is uneven and I was worried that it would mean we couldn't use the slide. The base of the steps are nice and wide, and once the lock is in place, it's solid. I am 5'2'' and I didn't have any trouble assembling this by myself. I also thought the instructions were simple, they're pictograms and easy to follow. The whole thing took me about 20 minutes to do alone. I have a birthday party w/kids of wide age range in a few days and I think this will be a hit.
