When I called to tell little tikes there was no apologies they just wanted a bunch of numbers off the carriage. They said they would mail out a new handle but when I asked them to overnight it because it was a gift (an useless without the handle) I got the gee we don't really do that line. We had to make a handle out of wood so I could give it to my niece.
