<span itemprop="description">This house is pretty nice, I have it in the basement, so not sure if I would have it outside seeing that it is not as heavy as most little tikes houses and kitchens. But I chose this one over some of the others, not just for price but looks and size. My oldest grandchild is 8 and she's playing with her siblings just fine. The house has become a store, hospital, school and puppet theater. I put it together just fine, the roof was tricky. It took me about 30 min and I didn't receive the stickers and had to go back to toys r us to get some, so at least they didn't say they would mail them. I'm pretty satisfied with this purchase.</span>

<span itemprop="description">I USUALLY LOVE LITTLE TIKES PRODUCTS BUT WAS A LITTLE DISAPPOINTED IN THE STRUCTURE. IN MY EXPERIENCE WITH LITTLE TIKES ITEMS HAVE ALWAYS BEEN SOLID AND STRONG. MY GRANDSON LOVES IT AND IT IS REALLY CUTE, I JUST HOPE IT CAN STAND UP TO ROUGH AND TOUGH CHILDREN.</span>
