However, as we put it up recently, the green clasp that holds the net in different vertical positions does not stay attached at all. We placed the net at midpoint with the clasp attached, each time the ball hit the net, the clasp would release and fall off. We cannot user this net except for the lowest vertical height setting. The mesh keeps undoing from the rim after almost every shot. At first I thought I was doing something wrong and misunderstood the written instructions, so I decided to Youtube it to see how to install the mesh. I was doing everything correct, it's just a badly designed system. I check some of the other nets we have from other makers and they actually have a small groove where the string wrap around, making it harder to come off.
