The toy is on par with the other Little Live Pets brand toys. Certain parts feel a little cheaper but it does hold up well while being played with. The chirping every now and then will stop and restart but may just be a battery issue. The voice has come a long ways from the older talking bird toys but does have an electronic vibe.
