<span itemprop="description">[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My kids absolutely love Little Live Pets toys, and had wanted the bigger Mama surprise for a while, so to be able to try out the smaller version first was great. The concept of feeding the mum and the babies appearing is such a good idea, however I think the expectation for young children to wait an hour is abit much when they just want to play with their new toy. Alongside this, our hutch didn't actually work. We followed all instructions correctly, and then after over an hour & a half (so longer than toy states), the babies still never arrived. I had to remove them myself, and then the latch to "re-do" the surprise no longer closes, so they cannot repeat the babies falling.
This aside, the figures are great quality and my kids still have lots of fun playing with the figures & hutch weeks later.</span>

Time should be mentioned in the instructions. Our babies took 70 minutes to be born it's too long for kids to wait. Plus fixing the bottle is bit tricky. Roof where babies are kept should be cushioned so that they don't rattle. Else this is very nice good quality playset. My girl carry the case every where.</span>

<span itemprop="description">[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Cute little mama bunny with a carry hutch, water bottle and celery to feed her, her eyes open and close when being fed, once the water bottle is connected to the hutch her babies are born in about 1 hour, ours took slightly longer however I hadn't told my grandaughter about the birth so was a complete surprise for her and she was delighted to now have 3 baby bunnies as well as mama! It can be reset to do the process again but we haven't yet as she is having far too much fun playing with her new little pet family, she takes it everywhere and is delighted to show everyone she sees!
Parts are quite small so becareful not to lose them when out and about although they fit safely and securely in the hutch.
The lid doesn't attach very well so I'd probably put it safe if going out and about!</span>

This cute little mouse arrived for us to try and my little one. The cage/house is lovely and has everything you would expect from a real pet. It includes the shredded paper for the bedding, little celery stick for the food and water bottle to attach at the side.
The process of getting the mama mouse to have her surprise babies is fairly simple. Just be careful to make sure you remove all the red keys when you unbox especially the one inside the cage. It won't work if you don't do this.
One of the hardest things is the waiting. If you have a young child they may find this very difficult. It took an hour and a half before our mouse had her babies (quite a speedy labour really). We went to look at her after hearing a noise and found three little babies.
You then name and identify which babies you have with the birth certificate. It provided lots of fun for my little one and really was a magical experience for her as she still has no idea how it happened.
The slight negatives for me are that after the babies arrive this toy doesn't actually do anything. It is simply a collection of plastic figures. Although my little one has played with it since she gets bored of it quite quickly meaning the future play potential can be limited. Also the babies that arrive are shiny plastic whereas the mama has a soft fur on the outside. We were all pretty disappointed they weren't all fluffy as it takes away from the fact that they are animals.
All in all it is a full and exciting toy but not really an investment toy. Would make a good birthday gift.</span>

I really liked this fact this was quite an easy set up. Once taken out of the packaging, the play set itself was ready to go. My daughter loves feeding mama mouse, filling her water, and then eagerly waiting for the babies to arrive. Ours took around 80 minutes. 3 dropped out at first, and a few minutes later a 4th appeared. It was very exciting and my daughter could not wait to hold and play with them all. The carry case it now taken around with her to friends and family to show off her new “pets”. A lovely toy. Encourages care and patience!</span>

After all, it is a kids' toy, and they should be able to set it up and play with it by themselves, especially as it is aimed at ages 5 and over.
She got a couple of the keys out without me telling her what to do . Pushed in the water bottle until it clicked and said it might take a couple of days for her to have her babies mum. She instinctively knew to have patience. We are now awaiting the arrival of some baby mice .Very easy setup for a little one who had done amazing getting all bar one of the keys out by herself. Very fiddly where the keys were, but little hands coped well with them. And she understood more about setting it up than I gave her credit for! She named her new pet Mouse Izzy! First impressions were good apart from a small leakage of water, and my daughter was very pleased, Lovely little toy that has been brought on days out and is so easily carried around with the handle on the cage. It's been so lovely to see the way she has been looking after after new pet mice . The one issue I would have is that the lid to the water bottle is already lost, but that doesn't affect its use whatsoever . Its a toy that my little one has played with over and over . A great little toy that captured my daughters imagination.</span>

You have to look after the mama by feeding her, giving her a drink and getting the hutch cosy and then you leave her to have her babies. My children were so excited but very impatient! That would be the only downside to this toy, you need to have children that are able to deal with the 30-40 minute wait, although it doesn't sound that long it seems it when they are checking and asking every 30 seconds!!! Once the babies arrive however the excitement was worth the wait!</span>

It was easy to set up and Millie loved the certificate and little accessories that came with it but unfortunately the headband broke very easily. She loved feeding the mouse and that it eyes moved when doing so. Although the suspense of waiting for the babies to arrive was exciting, it was also a very long time for us, a little longer than the stated time! It would be ideal if the waiting time was at least half the time stated (60-80min). It revealed four cute babies and it's fantastic that you get to reveal them over and over again, but much quicker this time. Overall this is a fantastic toy and my daughter has played with it for long periods of time! We would highly recommend it to others.</span>

<span itemprop="description">[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My 8 year old loves this little toy, the surprise element was a big plus point and asks me to set it up again and again for the "surprise" if you follow the instructions it will work first time and leave the kids shocked. Ours worked just as the instructions said and my little girl has now added this into her imaginative play along with the bigger guinea pig mama surprise she got for Christmas. Highly recommend this little toy.</span>

<span itemprop="description">[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My little girl really loved this toy! The excitement building waiting to see how many babies she got was cute to see. She was delighted having received 3 little mice and gave them all names. The little carry case they go in makes it really easy for them to take them out in the car or bring it up and downstairs depending on where they are playing. My little girl even went and made her own little pillows and blankets for her little mice and their mum.
My daughter has had so much fun caring for and feeding Mama mouse Elizabeth. Watching her do it by herself and wanting to be independent was so lovely and heartwarming. She had set Mama mouse up to face the water bottle so she could have a drink and a rest and get ready to have her babies.
Such a cute toy that had brought out my daughters nurturing side and her independence. So far, very
happy and pleased with it .
A couple of gripes would be the water bottle and how the lid for it just sat on top and how the water leaked out of the bottom. The lid for the water bottle has already been lost due to how loose it was</span>

The girls age 6 were so excited to play with this toy. Setting up the Mummy rabbit was really sweet , making her comfy feeding her and making sure she had water. Then on to waiting , this i felt was a little too long , just over an hr ! They kept checking and asking when the babies would be born. When they finally arrived they were giddy. And loved playing with them.
This portable toy has been everywhere with us . They have built the rabbits lego houses and we even brush our teeth with them .
Already asking for more for Christmas .</span>

Grown up stuff: Great toys and has been played with after the original reveal lots.
Read the instructions prior to set up as it’s easy to miss a step which would impact the reveal.
I set mine up in the evening so it was ready for play the next day. Take care with the water not to over fill it, I did this and it leaked on the carpet and the lid is a loose fitting lid so could easily be lost.
It’s a nice sized toy too, it’s easy to pack up and travel with and comes with everything you need. What’s even better is that it doesn’t need batteries. It’s a toy a would buy as a gift for others or for my little ones.
Kids feedback. My little girl (5) says it’s amazing, and now wants the rainbow Guinea pig set too.
We have 4 baby bunnies all with names and living their best life. The surprise reveal of the babies is apparently the best bit. Ours arrived within the hour.</span>

They were excited to see how many she was going to have and ours came 3 babies. The fun part is they can do it over and over again. It comes with a cute little cage and handle. They got to name their mouse because it comes with a birth certificate they got to fill out.</span>
