Most of them are pretty banal once the initial surprise has occurred and turn into just another soft toy or figure. Not with Mama Surprise Minis! The babies can be hidden and revealed as many times as you want which is such a rare feature for this style of toy, making it really feel worth the cost. The babies did take a long time to drop the first time but there&rsquo;s a strong chance I did something wrong as they did drop an hour after I&rsquo;d fiddled around a bit with the cage and water bottle. My little one loves the babies and Mama, caring for them all and tucking them in to sleep! When you first use it you have to wait approximately an hour for the babies to to be born but it adds to the exciting surprise of wondering if you&rsquo;ll get 2,3 or 4 babies , we got 3! You need to remove all the little plastic key/plugs from the bottom and the one inside before you fill with water and wait for the babies to be born. After the first use you can repeat the process without the wait time and without water by opening the lid at the top of the pets home slide across the opening until it&rsquo;s clipped into place and place the babies inside and replace the lid then pop back on the bottle until it clicks then the babies will pop back out again so this can be repeated over and over keeping little ones entertained for hours. It comes with shredded paper for bedding and a plastic leave which you can use to close the main bunnies eyes to make it blink. The packaging, I was very pleased to discover it's practically plastic free with minimal waste. The bunnies house is the perfect portable size so it's coming everywhere with us. It's sturdy yet compact and doesn't take up much space so if you don't have loads of storage for huge toys this is ideal! The level of detail on the figures themselves is really good quality. I especially like that mama bunny is fuzzy, it makes her more realistic. The accessories are really cute but don't fit the bunny babies very well, I think they are maybe made for the mouse toy family. The instructions were clear and consise. My daughter fed bunny mum and made her a comfy nest with straw and topped up her water (making sure to only fill it once or it would leak out) we then waited an hour and 25 minutes, and POP there was absolute excitement as the babies were born! (if only it was that easy in real life!) One happy little girl! My daughter is having hours of fun with her bunny family, I've lost count of the number of times we've had a 'rebirth'. The initial wait was quite long for my daughter who's only 2 so she is pleased that the 'rebirth' is instant. We got Lil Bunny . You receive a play cage a Lil Bunny or Lil Mouse . You also receive a piece of vegetable/ lettuce 2 accessories crown headband and another. My daughter was soo excited for this . She loves anything fiddly and small and this was just perfect for her. We also had straw included and Mama Bunny. My daughter made the Lil Bunnys cage nice and comfortable by placing the straw inside. Oh and we also had a water bottle included which we attached to the side of the cage. My daughter fed Mama Bunny her lettuce which you put inside her mouth and she is being fed. And then she gave her some strokes and popped her in the cage. The cage Is bright and colourful. Around 40/60 minutes we heard a pop ! The babies had been born . We had not 1 not 2 but 3 lil Bunny Babies they are soo adorable. We also recived a birth certificate so you can fill it out yourself. This is a fantastic Suprise especially when it's raining and the kids are stuck in the house. It Gave my daughter hours of fun! The general idea would be to have the mamma inside the cage when the babies arrive, however it takes over an hour so I&rsquo;d fully recommend setting up the bottle and if the babies arrive via the stork whilst mamma is out of the cage being played with then so be it. I left mine for an hour and a half before I distracted my kids and popped the babies down myself as they were getting impatient. They&rsquo;ve absolutely loved playing with the mamma and the babies and since working out how to make the babies appear they&rsquo;ve had hours of fun playing hide and seek and making new friends for the babies. The bunny is excellent quality, a little fluffy and eyes even close when she is being fed. The babies are really cute and love that it came with the bedding for my daughter to put in for bunny. My daughter absolutely loves having her own pets to care and feed, and has played endless over and over again. My only niggle was it takes a long time for the hatch to open for the babies to come out, and sadly we missed it happening, but grateful of the troubleshoot menu in the instructions. You can keep resetting the roof for the babies to appear over and over again. My kids favorite part was feeding the mama lettuce since her eyes close every time she eats.
