I love that it can be programmed to say your child's favourite things and their name. Every time I went to the store to buy this it was sold out, after a few months of it being sold out when I went to the store (of the boy one) it was given to my son for Christmas which I was very happy about. Great price for everything the toy does.</span>

<span itemprop="description">You can use your computer to choose which songs this toy will sing, to add your child's name into the songs, and to change things over time. My daughter has had this since she was born and she is three next month. It still gets played with regularly. She often takes it on stroller rides or car rides to sing along with, or just plays with it at home. I love that it gets her singing along, and she loves that Violet knows her name! I was worried it would collect pet hair badly but it really hasn't. It's a quick easy clean surface, and she still looks like almost new. No complaints about Violet! :)</span>

<span itemprop="description">Our son received this as a gift when he was just over 2 months old. He has loved Scout from the start. We know all the personalized songs and they always make our son smile (even if it's just boring ol' Mom and Dad singing them to him!). Whenever our son is struggling with grumpiness, Scout can always make him smile and calm him down. Our son knows his name well and we are sure that Scout has a lot to do with that fact. I would highly recommend gifting a Scout or Violet to any little girl or boy. I think Scout is going to be a liftime friend.</span>

<span itemprop="description">We bought this toy for my son's 1st Christmas, when he was 8 months old. His eyes lit up when we saw it in the store, and more so when he began to recognize his own name being said. The bond took a while to grow, but now is fully established at 11.5 months. We have recently sleep trained, and when our son was feeling sad in his bed and practicing self-soothing, it was Scout who finally got him to sleep! We would watch in our video monitor as our son crawled to Scout and laid squeezing his foot over and over and over until he fell asleep, so that Scout would keep talking! It's SO cute! Every time I put him in his crib for nap/bedtime, his first move is to crawl to Scout and turn on the lullabies. MY favorite part, as the parent, is that Scout's voice isn't the least bit annoying. He's very cute, and well-loved, I would imagine for quite a while.</span>
