It is more like an extra fun teething toy, with lights and sounds than an actual toy. We love LeapFrog but this one was a bit of a let down for us, my baby actually got spooked first by it, then curious and then she decided she didn't like the "loud" teething toy and just sometimes she will shake it (9 months), my oldest kids were more interested for the novelty of it but as its so ultra basic there is nothing for them so they were like "oh, cool, it changes light color" and that was it.</span>

The straw is made of a chewy material that she loves! It is very durable as a child with teeth and a strong bite she has been chewing on this without any damage to the cup! I am a speech pathologist and it is really aiding him in his development. For example, it promotes pragmatic social skills, verbal skills and comprehension through imaginative play (he plays "Smoothie Shop" with his 6-year-old brother). In addition, it is super cute; he enjoys the way it lights up and sings. It says cute phrases such as, "You're fruitastic!" I am sure this would be great for non-verbal children as well, because my son tends to copy what the smoothie says. Lastly, the straw can be nibbled on, which I like, because my son pretends to drink the smoothie "sold to him," and I do not like his teeth touching hard things, so this gives me piece of mind that while pretending to drink it, his teeth will not be damaged.</span>

He is 13 months and can hold it easily. It has many activities to encourage learning and hand-eye coordination. There is music, flashing colors, adorable fruits and so much more. It is also great for teething, having a built-in straw made for little nibblers. We love watching his face light up as he interacts with his baby/toddler-sized smoothie!</span>

<span itemprop="description">[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My 3 year old son fell in love with the fruit color learning smoothie. He likes to turn the straw and a toy will change songs. The toy can count to 5 and tell 5 different colors while matching songs to these colors. There are beads inside the cup which make rattling sounds. The cup can light up into different colors. The toy is quite portable as well. My son brings to car rides. In general my child loves to play with this smoothie cup while learning different colors, types of fruits, different music genres.</span>

This toy is geared towards infants and younger toddlers. When you turn the straw, it lights up and starts talking and singing. The straw also serves as a teething device. It teaches about colors and fruits with fun songs. This toy was a little too “young” for my 3 year old but would make a great toy for someone younger. I think this would make a great shower or 1st birthday gift.</span>

It's interactive, lights up, and the music keeps it fun. The volume control is a must and glad it's provided. My daughter not only loves to turn the straw and see the fruit revealed..she pretends like she's sipping a cool drink on a Sunday afternoon with it! Haha. Super cute and my daughter enjoys it.</span>
