I love that the crab has a big smile of his face because my 2 month old son reacts with a smile and loves to stare at it. He is still learning to grasp things, so he drops it quite often. When I hold it up in front of him, he seems very interested when it starts making the crinkling sound. One of the arms of the crab it a hard, bumpy textured surface that would make good use as a teether. Overall, this is a great product for little babies who are curious.</span>
