I have made multiple phone calls to Toys R Us and have been told on these occasion that the replacement paddle is being shipped from the manufactuer and have yet to recieve a paddle. As a result, it appears we will have to ship the kayak back. A HUGE hassle. Check around, there are better deals to be had. This should have been shipped at the very least with cardboard around the paddle heads. Other than that the Kayak is great, usable only for arm paddling out and back at this point.
