<span itemprop="description">This is not a well designed set. The stand does not support it at all. The slightest movement makes it fall apart. Trying to build it on the stand is comical at best. I even bought a baseplate to hold the stand in place. It has come so far apart that I may not rebuild it. Do not waste your money even though it looks great. If you do, buy some glue to hold it together.</span>

+ I Really appreciate the spherical look of the core. A step up from the wedge pieces used in the recent tie fighter.
+ Gribblies on the inner side of the wing plate are a great attention to detail
- Window Plate can be tough to lock in without side slope pieces pushing it out.
- I wish the instructions highlighted that the wings really are just mirrors. I would have saved myself some hassle by building all 4 at once instead of flipping through the same instructions 4 times.
- Repairs are pretty frustrating to the wings; the shovels and gun pieces are almost guaranteed to pop-out as you fiddle about, necessitating that you dissassemble the wings from the shaft just to get everything back into place.
-/+ really wish you could just place it on the floor, but the weight of the build will collapse the under wings. However you can place it with the cockpit facing upwards just fine.
fantastic display piece for sure. If you are a nutjob like me and want to hand this over to your toddlers to play with, I do recommend teaching them proper care and super gluing a few pieces:
1. angled slopes abutting the wings to the shaft
2. 1x1 bit holding shovels to the angular plate.
3. rear thrusters
4. controller plates
5. 1x1 bit holding blasters to wings (and long stemmed blasters to wings as well)
6. Some of the gribblies on inner side of wing (specifically the bits holding the bendy tube)
7. stem holding disk in place on the wings.</span>

I got into Star Wars Lego late unfortunately and missed out on a few iconic builds but I've been buying them as I find them. This 1 was 1 that was as good if not a little better than its original. In my opinion. Great build. Would definitely recommend it for anyone's collection. It made a nice addition to mine for sure.</span>

The way they’re locked in from the front to the back, allowing for a very secure hold is a genius move. Kind of wished the stand allowed it to display it tilted. I messed with it to make it stand up straighter. But overall I’m glad I bought it.</span>

Ended up finishing it in one day (including meal breaks, etc, approximately 9 hours) as each section completed brought recognisable features (me: I’ll just do 1 more bag😂) so if you buy/get, make sure you give yourself plenty of time. <span itemprop="description">From Vader's Tie Advanced 10175 to the Tie Fighter 75095 Lego continues to advance on the sphere shape of the cockpit. This design created many one stud attachment methods. While necessary it allows for the pieces to move when touched and thus once the build is complete it cannot be handled without repositioning pieces. This creates a very low "playability" with UCS sets they are more models, but I found the movement frustrating when building. I'm very pleased with the wing design. Very solid, and both sides have great details. The cockpit of this UCS is crown jewel. So many display panels. The detail is amazing. While I dislike UCS sets using stickers, I did appreciate the level of detail that went into the model. Great set and even better price considering the last couple UCS sets were very expensive.</span>
