Whilst this might be confusing to those unfamiliar with Disney Plus and perhaps buying for a relative or friend, essentially they went down a Marvel inspired crossover of different series, but rest assured this ship will no doubt take centre stage in the upcoming Mandalorian season 3. The first thing to note is that the N1 Starfighter is big, larger then it&rsquo;s 412 bricks would lead you to believe. I mean we&rsquo;re not talking Death Star big but at 42cm in length this ship eclipses any other comparable ship in the Lego Star Wars range. Great for value and playability but maybe a little out of scale for a fighter, being only 2cm smaller then the current Millennium Falcon. But in the age of inflation perhaps we shouldn&rsquo;t complain about getting more for less. And yet I have, it&rsquo;s very confusing. Build time is roughly 2-3 hours, is simple enough for youngsters still mastering their brick knowledge and the free Lego build app is always recommended. Features include a spring loaded shooter, a small cargo compartment and two cockpits, one for the title character and one for his small companion. Size aside this is a very accurate depiction of the on-screen ship and detail is up their with the best of the Lego Star Wars range. The kit includes four minifigures, a good amount for the cost and brick count: The Mandalorian who comes with a jet pack and darksaber for the first time, Grogu, Peli Motto the loud but comically sound mechanic, and one of her worker droids. A well rounded set of characters for playability and for those looking to add to their Mandalorian collection. All things considered this is a great set. The cockpit is a sloppy assembly with pieces catching on each other, and the rear of Mando&rsquo;s cockpit is exposed on the sides. Don't let the box and/or box art deceive you, it is a decent sized N-1. Another massive step in this set is you actually get Din Djarin with a &quot;real&quot; face printed on the head underneath that helmet! Grogu is always a great minifig to have but the inclusion of Peli Motto and the BD Droid top off an already amazing set. Sometimes putting together similar parts in a kit becomes tedious. My major looming issues were with the thruster underneath not being reinforced and continued falling off. Landing gear would have remedied this. I also wasn&rsquo;t happy with how the main cockpits shield was just pushed up against Grogu&rsquo;s cockpit. I feel like a small separation from the two seats could have made the set look better. The instructions were a bit sloppy as well. I felt a consistent fumbling while building. Something I haven&rsquo;t experienced in a very long time with a build. It seemed a bit rushed, especially with the bags being numbered 1,1, and 2. I spent far too long looking for mandos legs&hellip;which were in the other 1 bag. Something that was odd to me and stressed me out a bit. The build was fairly easy and it looks great when done. If you want to fly it around the house it feels solid. On the downside - it's expensive for what you get. Of course LEGO&rsquo;s are a hit, and this is a neat set. Any fighter jet, ship, or anything like that will get lots of use with boys!
