Though I don't care much for stud shooters or play features that compromise the look of the build, this was minimal which was good. And it has no stickers, something i always despise in lego builds. My only real gripes with it are that A: it doesn't exactly scale well with the Tie fighter and Tie interceptor, 2: the minifigures are decent but not entirely sure why they would include vader opposed to some other basic imperial. 3: it's kinda expensive for what it gives in return. Again, it's smaller then the Tie fighter, it just kinda feels... a bit overpriced. Everything is printed. This is a long overdue set...been WAY TOO LONG since we had a TIE Bomber in the mix. This one looks good, it is really well built and swooshes well. Overall a pretty sweet set. It looks good as a display piece as well. The figures are a nice selection as well with a couple fun ones that while not needed are very welcome. It is nice to get good figures for the value. Slone was a nice inclusion. Cons: The set is undersized...the scale isn't quite right and though it looks good itself...it is noticeable next to the other TIE sets. For the price it should have been scaled up correctly. Related to this the compact size also makes seating the pilot inside tricky...if they are not set EXACTLY right the canopy will not close correctly. That seems like something the designers should have caught. Lastly...this is one of a number of sets this year with QC issues. Mine was missing the lightsaber hilt and two tile parts. While Lego is excellent about replacing these missing parts...the QC this year is missing a lot...I have had at least 6 sets this year with similar missing part issues...more than the previous 6 years combined. The printing and details are brilliant. This theme is carried on into the model, with printed pieces rather than stickers. The printing on the gonk droid, Imperial logo and pilot instruments are stunning. The Tie Bomber is easy to make and creates a solid and visually stunning model. The accompanying hover vehicle doesn't have the benefits of the vehicle which accompanies the Slave 1 (75312) set but is a nice addition. The only slight disappointment is not being able to see the pilot through the cockpit window. The instruction are pretty easy to understand. The build is not too hard, but the wings were a bit challenging. The mini figures in this set are amazing. There are many details printed on the uniforms. Darth Vader&rsquo;s head even has scars on the back. I love how much action this set has. The cockpit opens and the trooper can sit inside. The bomber can shoot green &ldquo;lasers&rdquo; and yellow charges. The bottom of the bomber even has landing gear. The set also includes a mini transport carrying more charges. The set is quite movie accurate, and the plastic is good quality.
