We thought we would wait and see if Darth shows up, but we got another Luke on Day 21. My son is very disappointed. One day had legos for a different day and we wound up getting those twice. The 2nd time, we had random pieces that didn't go with the build at all. Very frustrating experience. We generally get either Santa or Star Wars ones. My box was sealed. We opened the first few days and then tried to build them and none of the bags matched the pictures. Turned out the inner box was put in turned around. Opened the instructions in the Lego app to build them. My husband gave up on his as the instructions were too obscure for him to figure out (he is an intermediate builder). I pity anyone who bought this calendar for 8-12 year old kids. Especially for the days we&rsquo;re there is no picture of the finished model on the box. I found that the tray had been inserted backwards. I thought it might only be just the one off, but we opened it today and the same thing has happened, should be storm trooper but got something else, which we cant build without the picture on the door, unless we open every door, which I&rsquo;m not going to do as it spoils the point of opening 1 a day. My 6 year old son is so disappointed and upset, we&rsquo;re now just going to have to figure the builds out as we go along which is really disappointing. There are so many Star Wars Legos, it can be difficult for these calendars to feel like they offer something special. I think this one found the sweet spot.
