Je commencerai cet avis en parlant d’abord des points positifs de ce set.
Tout d’abord, il est magnifique, d’un part par son aspect mais aussi par les choix d’assemblage.
La particularité des « engrenages » des jambes ou de la tête est inattendu est ceux qui en ont eu l’idée sont des génies !
Les choix des pièces est excellent tout comme le reste du set en fait.
Je ne sais pas quoi dire de plus en bien sur ce Lego car tout est excellent !
Mais je tiens à préciser deux/trois petites choses qui m’ont légèrement déplu…
Premièrement la manière de le déplacer. Je ne peux ni le prendre par le bas car les pièces ont la fâcheuses tendance à tomber, ni par les plaques d’armure du corps car elles se soulèvent (même si cela reste un très bon moyen pour placer des personnages dans le TB-TT) et par conséquent je dois le prendre par les jambes.
Deuxièmement le fait de devoir retirer les plaques d’armure du haut du TB-TT lorsque je dois remettre les plaques des côtés.
Troisièmement le problème de mon canon moyen droit ainsi que sa « parabole » qui tiennent mal alors que l’autre ne tombe pas.
Et pour finir le fait que j’aurai préféré avoir deux moto-jets en plus à entreposer à l’arrière du trasport blindé ainsi que le manque de snowtroopers (et oui il n’y en a que 5 alors que 35 autre troopers peuvent y être placé… mais je pense remédier à cela grâce à un ou deux « Snowtrooper battle pack »).
Sinon le reste est parfait comme je l’ai dit précédemment.
Je le conseille.</span>

<span itemprop="description">Awesome building experience and very cool to display. The only negative aspects which you will very clearly notice upon building is the fragility and flimsiness of certain features. For example, the sides of the AT-AT head often take many attempts to fully close to ensure there is no gap. This is because it only rests on one technic hinge at the back, which allows the front to have a large margin to sway as nothing holds it to the head. Also the door to the body of the AT-AT can be fragile when opening. I think that the legs do a great job at holding the AT-AT up and are sturdy. Overall, if you can get past these flaws it is worth it if you are a fan of big LEGO sets and Star Wars!</span>

<span itemprop="description">I love Star Wars. I love Lego. I've got a big collection of all the AT-** walkers from over the years. I was really excited to add this UCS to the collection.
This was the most frustrating build I've ever done. The fragility of the joins is unbelievable. Lego will respond telling me that I haven't connected the pieces securely enough. The reality is that some quite large pieces are held together with one or two studs. The side panels are held on with roughly 4mm of grey Axle-3 Technics pieces (see picture) and gravity. I've given up putting the undercarriage back on because it randomly just falls off. The side plates on the head are also very fragile.
I'm usually really impressed by the engineering that goes into these sets and was blown away by the development articles released with this set.
I'm glad I got this one in a Smyths Toys May 4th sale and paid 20% less than the retail price. This has put me off getting the Millennium Falcon UCS set.
It looks beautiful once you've put it back together for the 15th time, just don't touch it.</span>

<span itemprop="description">Bon, on ne va pas se mentir -et cette critique revient dans de nombreux commentaires- c'est un set assez onéreux ! Mais il faut relativiser pour deux raisons : 1) La licence Star Wars reste (et de loin) le plus couteuse pour les développeurs de produits dérivés. 2) Il n'est pas difficile d'imaginer que la phase R&D a dû prendre pas mal de temps aux ingénieurs LEGO (A ce sujet j'ai beaucoup apprécié l'hommage qui leur est fait au début des notices !). Mais revenons au set : Pour faire bref, c'est brillant !!! A commencer par le package très design à la sérigraphie superbe et les 4 boites intérieures comportant chacune une notice. Concernant le montage j'ai trouvé les notices assez détaillées avec néanmoins un petit bémol sur les couleurs de pièces peu facile à différencier, ce qui m'a valu quelques inversions. Peu de répétitions dans l'assemblage, hormis pour les pieds et les pattes dont la conception est particulièrement admirable et astucieuse ! Une fois le set terminé, le réglage des pattes pour donner à l'ensemble l'allure que vous souhaitez est juste génial ! J'ai également apprécié les détails intérieurs : La soute permettant d'installer la troupe, la cale avec les 2 speeders, la salle des machines, le cockpit détaillé avec ses occupants. Cerise sur le gâteau, l'AT-AT peut être présenté en version "fermée" ou en coupe transversale laissant apparaitre les différents modules intérieurs. Pour finir en répondant à certaines personnes qui se plaignent que "les pièces se détachent" lorsqu'on joue avec les gosses, ce set n'est pas un jouet mais bien un modèle d'exposition !...</span>

<span itemprop="description">I saved VIP points, asked for nothing but Lego Gift cards for every gift-giving holiday, and finally had enough to purchase this most desired set.
I've always loved the AT-AT and couldn't wait to get this set, but I must say that it has been a let down.
1. There were several missing pieces throughout the build. Luckily, I had spares that would work so I didn't have to wait until replacements were shipped. (never bothered to order the replacements)
2. The construction is not well thought out. MANY times during the build, pieces would pop off while trying to attach the next pieces. Many parts are connected by only one stud and pop off quite easily. It is not a very sturdy design.
3. It is very awkward to get it to stand. The pic in the manual that has the green check for proper leg placement only shows the right side legs clearly, so it is difficult to see the proper placement of the left side legs. Mine has fallen over at least 3 times. The first two times I made repairs...the last time, I dismantled the whole thing and rebuilt it to make sure there weren't any mistakes on my part.
4. SO many pieces fall off when trying to move or adjust the finished product. Pieces from the underside and back side pop off when barely bumped. Many responses to these types of comments are to make sure the pieces are firmly pressed together. Believe me, they are firmly pressed! So much so that other pieces usually pop off when the original pieces are replaced. It is very frustrating.
I love the concept of this build, but a lot of joy was missing. If it continues to stand, it makes an impressive display set...that is the only reason I marked it as "Yes, I would recommend it to others".
I do wish I had bought a different UCS kit... I build Lego to relax and de-stress. This kit was a constant source of stress throughout!</span>

<span itemprop="description">The reason for this review is to say if you are buying or have bought this set, get 2 Snowtrooper battle packs 75320. Not only would you get a total of 6 snowtroopers, and 2 scout troopers, the 2 speederbikes are the exact same as the 2 that come with the AT-AT. So if you want the "hanger" in the AT-AT to be full and have a few more troopers to fill in the seats, get a couple of battle packs.
As for the AT-AT... The look is great. I did find some errors as well as part interaction confusion in the instruction manual. Some of the parts do fall off kind of easily, but I have it for display and once built... it really looks great.</span>

PROS: 1) The build was engaging, I expected repetition with the legs so no issues there. 2) Great choice of minifigures. 3) Looks truly awesome when built. 4) The leg adjustment mechanism is a nice touch.
CONS: 1) It is too flimsy. I dare not touch it as something somewhere will fall off. The worst bit being the entire undercarriage, it completely fell off and is impossible to re-attach safely so I've just left it off. Every time I try and move something, another bit snaps off from somewhere else, there is no way I'd ever risk trying to move it. 2) It's poor value for money. 3) There are still some stickers involved, albiet not many. 4) It's too much Technic.
Sadly for me, the cons, outweigh the pro's, I can't offer any more than one star for something so expensive that is so flimsy. I've got almost every other UCS set released and this is one of the most unstable to date.</span>

<span itemprop="description">I love the detail that went into this set and the engineering that went into the design. The leg mechanisms are very impressive; and love how everything looks. However; this was a fairly difficult build; harder than the UCS Millenium Falcon. My biggest complaints are that pieces fall off of this way too easily; the underbelly assembly kept falling off, and the head seems a bit fragile to me. Any time I touch it, something falls right off. I had to rebuild the head 2-3 times already. This is a set that I don’t recommend trying to pick up and move…ever.</span>

<span itemprop="description">It is in my opinion, the most realistic Lego set ever made. Every detail is incredible, especially on the interior. Although it is expensive, the price is warranted for the immense piece count and great design. The minifigures included are perfect although perhaps a bit lacking in quantity. When you add a couple of snow trooper battle-packs, the interior really comes alive and is super full and interesting. The legs don't pose very well but I assume most people aren't buying this set to play with. It is a perfect set for an advanced collector or a great gift for an adult or very experienced child. 10/10.</span>

<span itemprop="description">Found this set was advanced yet rewarding to build. However, parts of the head were NOT stable. When I try to put the head back together this particular connector piece does not stay in position. Thus, I had to remove the head completely. It wasn't fitting on one side which made the other side loose. The whole head broke apart easily. For the price, I expected it to be of better quality. Everything else about the piece is still intact.</span>

<span itemprop="description">[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was excited receiving this for Christmas present. The building of the legs went fine. The issues game with box 3 and 4. There are pieces that are fastened well and tend to fall off when moving the set from one side to another. The panels on the body and head are more resting than fastened to the inside structure. The body panels will slide off the 2 pegs if picked up incorrectly so you have to be real careful picking up. The head panels there are gaps, I would think they would connect better to the structure behind it. Its amazing how awesome it looks but going through the build was not a great experience.</span>

<span itemprop="description">Another set I enjoyed building a lot. Combined with the AT-ST and various trooper pack sets, it allowed me to reconstruct the classic scene of the Battle of Hoth. One criticism would some of the pieces don't attach very well. Luckily, this was always meant to be a display piece more than a play set.</span>
