<span itemprop="description">Truly a dissapointment at the end for a UCS model. I expected alot better construction. There is many weak fastening points on the model. You really have to be very very careful when moving it, even repositioning on a table. Parts will and do fall off every time. One more sad disapointment from the UCS line. I have 6 of Lego's UCS Models - The Falcon and The Destroyer are my least favorite. Just Saying. I do not imagine anchor points for assebleys shoudl be made with one pin. The one pin mounting for exterior modules of multiple elements really needs to be addressed.</span>

Reason I say almost perfect is because out of the whole build I was missing only one piece which for a set that cost this much you’d hope it had everything. I checked all my bags and swept the room by eye and feel entirely to see if I misplaced it but sadly negative. Had to put a missing piece request. But overall a beautiful set.</span>

<span itemprop="description">My husband and I tag team building sets and we both agree that this one isn’t all that great. Don’t get me wrong, big Star Wars fans here and we were super stoked to start this, but here are our criticisms:
1. The book is ridiculous. After previously building Titanic (which has three separate books), this is one large spiral bound book. While we like the spiral feature, the book is super awkward and heavy. We have a special book holder just for our LEGO sets and it falls over because the book is so big.
2. Multiple bags of the same number. For example, bag 12 is actually 4 bags with two additional bags of smaller parts. It’s a lot of parts and a lot of searching.
3. The whole thing feels like it will fall apart. After recently building Titanic (an absolute tank) and Hogwarts Castle (solid), this set feels precarious and flimsy.
Overall, pleased with the purchase and with the time spent building and yeah, would recommend to a fellow LEGO-er and Star Wars fan, but feel the engineers could have done a better job.</span>

<span itemprop="description">WOW!! Just wow this set is out of this galaxy. Such a challenging but super fun build. It’s one of the more expensive sets but you get what your paying for such a collectors item that you need in your collection.
The presentation is high standards, the main box it’s beautiful really sells this piece. There is 4 inner boxes that are also amazing with a blue print of the set on them, The instructions manual is HUGE….

<span itemprop="description">I bought this set for my wife as a XMAS present and she started it in XMAS day.
Wife there's a huge book showing all the steps the amount of missing pieces in each of the bags is shocking.
My wife had to raid my Star Wars advent calendar to find the right pieces and she has to substitute colours and raid my spare pieces
Now she is building the external panels and now it's looking awful as you can't hide the missing pieces now.
Really regretting buying this and I am going to think twice about getting another big kit.</span>

<span itemprop="description">I was gifted this build for X mas a couple years ago and couldn't believe it. I had a blast building it over the span of about a month. The details are great and so are all the mini figs. The only negative I have is how fragile the build feels, I like how the panels come off to see inside the ship but it's fragility makes it very scary to move. On the up side we moved out of our house recently, and because it's so fragile I just went ahead and disassembled it completely. Now I have the rebuild to look forward to!</span>

<span itemprop="description">I am 50+ year old Lego enthusiast and have built more sets than I care to remember. I was really excited to build this set and the packaging and general presentation is of a high standard. I enjoyed much of the build process however, once the set is built it is impossible to move around. The set is by far the most fragile set I have ever owned to the point where I consider it not fit for purpose as there is absolutely no chance that you could play with this set without it falling apart. Very, very disappointed and frankly wish I hadn't bought it as 1) My set has pretty much fallen apart and need to be rebuilt however, there seems little point in rebuilding it when the same thing will happen given the bricks do not hold together 2) I would not sell it as I wouldn't want to pass the feeling of disappointment on to another Lego fan.

<span itemprop="description">My wife and I have fallen in love with complex, weekend builds together, starting with the full Hogwarts set. That one took us an entire 3-day weekend. This beast, broke my wife...about halfway through the build she threw in her towel and I finished it, after about 7 days. Massive, complex, and super-rewarding build. Absolutely beautiful, but makes plans to present it in a way that moving it is as easy as possible. Huge, heavy, and delicate. Highly recommended if you know how to handle large Lego builds.</span>

<span itemprop="description">I bought this set a while ago and usually I plan building the moment I get home wether its for later if I’m waiting to buy more sets to accompany it or build straight away. I opened it up to look through and I knew I was going to need a lot of time and space. Unfortunately I broke my shoulder and arm a little while ago and since then I’ve had to use one hand for building but I know this set will need full attention so for the next few months or even year I still won’t be able. But I knew it would be a challenge even getting it into the car involved some thought. On the shelf you see the front of the box and when the shop assistant is edging it out you see it’s just as deep as it is wide. Even buying a set like this is an experience. There has been talk of this set retiring soon and everybody knows what happens when they do.. it will be impossible to get hold of due to postage or pickup if you can locate one and obviously the price will go up like mad. So if you can afford this or see this on offer go for it. To me this looks like one of the best collector series sets there is -it’s not just for display, there are features you can play with, change and a decent amount of minifigures though I thought for a classic themed set they should include an R2D2 minifigure, he’s always with C3PO. There are design changes you can choose like the minifigures and satellite for modern or older period millennium falcons which is nice and like most of the collector series sets there is a good amount of reading material, some history of the millennium falcon and movie related information in the instruction book. Like all big sets you get these white boxes inside which are needed to hold the shape of the box with all that Lego inside and even they are elegantly decorated with graphics and each of the boxes have a classic movie line written on them. In my photos attached I have shown the amount you get inside one of these white boxes but the bags are randomly packed so you have to open them all to gather the numbers you need but the whole set even the packaging is made to be kept and loved by Star Wars enthusiasts. I’ve taken a few photos of the position I am in so far with this set.. not very far unfortunately.. but it’s exciting to even have a look in this box. I can see it’s going to be a long journey and a journey I’m not yet ready for because of health reasons but I can’t wait to start it. My little boy even loves this and I think it would be such an experience to let younger builders in on a set like this to share the journey with and help them learn too. Great to build on your own too if you both the place to yourself but it’s a set you’re going to want to show off at least once. I’d say buy this to anyone before it’s too late. Thank you</span>

<span itemprop="description">This build which I was excited to do is to integrate because I was half way through when part of the set fell off then I was so far in I could not figure out we’re these parts came from the build is so big it’s difficult to know where parts that look alike are In The proper steps . With the smaller builds you can look back and figure it out but with builds so big it’s almost imposible to know we’re these pieces came from and it’s imposible to know how far back I had to go to repair it so I just had to stop. At some point if you need the book to build which most of us do the larger size builds become to big ! To many parts look and are alike the set is just too big !!</span>

<span itemprop="description">This set doesn’t seem to know who it’s for. It includes features that would suggest it’s for playing and enjoying, but it’s so extraordinarily flimsy that, should you ever want to enjoy any of these features, that panel, and every panel nearby, will just fall off. And if you succeed in putting those panels back on, you’ll probably have pieces left over that came off in the process that you’ll never be able to correctly place again.
Having just about every external panel be removable (why?) means there are massive panel gaps, and the panels under the ship are secured by … magic?
I have dreamt about owning this set for years and now wish I never bothered. I’ve never been so disheartened by a build experience. The internal frame is so sturdy but that build philosophy doesn’t translate to the external panels. And the reinforcing the bones of the ship require to support everything limits the space inside for the two interior sections. So they actually aren’t to mini figure scale … so why bother? I’ve had to repair and rebuild this thing so many times and I haven’t even finished it yet. There’s difficult builds, and then there’s just poor design. And this is the latter.
You bit off more than you can chew with this one, Lego.</span>

<span itemprop="description">Yeah, it's big. It's beautiful. It's incredibly detailed, but man oh man is it ever flimsy and fragile! Just to touch the thing after it has been built, and you'll quickly have parts that are sitting so loosely that they just fall off with a slight breath on them. Many of the top panels are held on by just one flimsy peg or worse, GRAVITY! For the amount that this thing costs, it should have been much sturdier, and the parts and panels should have WAYYYY better attaching points that are on there solidly. The floor of the set feels like it's barely hanging on for dear life, and the top panels are held on by the weakest attachment points you could imagine, if they're held on at all.
If I could go back in time, I'd tell my younger self to not purchase this set because it needs some serious overhauling to make it more solid.
I know some might say, "Well glue it together", but I refuse to use "the craggle" on a LEGO set. The set should stick together itself solidly.</span>

Mon fils a passé un temps infini pour le construire, parcequ’il y a énormément de pièces et que l’ensemble est parfois très fragile à manipuler (il a 11 ans). Donc très frustrant de devoir tout recommencer parce qu’une pièce cassé et qu’on doit démonter un gros ensemble pour la refixer. Au final, on a réussi mais en voulant le poser sur un socle incliné, il y a à nouveau eu de la casse. Il va falloir re démonter et recommencer l’un des côtés avant. On en a pleuré. Mais bon, ça fait partie du jeu. Cela reste un chef d’œuvre mais recommandé pour un niveau avancé de construction. (Et beaucoup de patience et de délicatesse). MAGNIFIQUE</span>
