First, color scheme looks great, and the extra detailing really helps bring out some of the visual aesthetics. On the other hand, I was surprised by the lack of tight fits with some of the pieces...several steps and components added pieces that weren't secured on both ends, resulting in a somewhat frustrating build where if you apply too much pressure to one end, the piece would easily pop off (e.g. side door panels, front hood, even the steering wheel isn't designed to be tightly secured). In the end the car looks great, but I would have preferred to see a better engineered product. Side note, this seemingly design flaw only occurs on the front half of the car (bag 2). Back half of the car designed securely (and looks great). I didn't. It's for me, just me. There is something soothing about the methodical way in which the model is constructed. And the end result is always as pictured and incredibly satisfying. Some people do adult coloring books, I choose Lego. This set was no exception. I know nothing about the car it is based on, but that did not dim my enthusiasm. I enjoyed the process of building it as much as the final result. It took me approximately 45 minutes to assemble. I get so focused on finding the pieces, following the instructions and carefully putting the pieces together that I clear my mind of everything else. It was 45 minutes of bliss. The final product is amazing in its realism. I can't say I'm much for the models once complete, but my children love to play with them. This one is already a trophy in the fleet. It&rsquo;s definitely different from the old already built remote control cars. These are so much more fun beings you built it and put the effort into building your own car. You get excited to see the results. So neat and stylish everyone at the park was very interested in it. Pretty fast to but the best part to me was spending extra quality time with my son &amp; granddaughter. Teamwork and laughing. These are definitely great and fun to build together alone or together as a family. I would say he is an intermediate builder and he really had a lot of fun with this build. It was the most complex build he has ever done and he did 90% of it himself. There were a couple of times we had to take it apart to fix it but I was impressed at his ability to read the instructions. There are a lot of tiny pieces in this one and it had him a little frustrated at times too. He loves playing with the finished car and wants to get another one. Everyone who build this model, they noticed for sure, that it has 3 weak parts. The Spoiler and the Hood are attached with only 2x1 plate, and it is veeryy weak. Also, side parts are very weak, right next to driver's ,there is a plate 4x1, which is connected only with 1 part, also there is a triangle in the bottom, and every time you hold the car from there it breaks up. My only complaint is the quality of the bricks several had mold marks on them which were discolored which is not the standard LEGO quality.
