<span itemprop="description">2 Fast 2 Furious will always hold a special spot in my heart, and this set really brought that childhood love out again. Seeing the R34 slowly snap together had me smiling ear to ear; from the Paul Walker Minifigure to the Florida license plate no detail was spared in this set. While usually not a sticker fan, I really enjoyed the thought that went into the ones for this set. Some of the stickers were a bit tricky to get on, but once straightened out they added a whole new layer of depth to the model. My personal favorite component of the build is the Nitrous Oxide tanks in the passenger seat, fortunately these ones aren't flammable!</span>

<span itemprop="description">When it comes to speed champions sets Lego have been nailing it and this one is the best yet! This set faithfully reproduces the look and shape of the famed R34 GTR! From the front bumper to the iconic quad round tail lights, this set captures the essence of what makes the Skyline such a beautiful car. The 3 nitrous bottles and detailed interior add to the on screen accuracy. The printed fenders are a nice touch as stickers wouldn't have worked out as well. And what Lego or F&F fan doesn't want a Brian O'Connor minifigure, which looks pretty good...although the early pre production version had more detail.
The only gripe I have is with the clear blue "underglow" There's not enough pieces to complete the look unless you take them from the interior. This works out as most of the interior clear blue isn't all that visible anyway. With the light shining through them from behind the look is stunning!
Amazing set for the money, even with the $5.00 price increase.</span>

<span itemprop="description">I love this car 😁. I’ve always liked GTR’s and this is a brilliant rendition. It’s a must have, if you already have Dom’s Dodge Charger.
I’m surprise that no reviewer has mentioned the very obvious (and, thankfully, very rare for Lego) mistake in the instructions. Step 101 doesn’t show you how to fully complete the bonnet/hood. Yes, it is obvious what you do; but Lego are usually so good at showing you, step by step, how to assemble your model.
I have to agree with other reviewers; the stickers for the radiators are not designed for adult hands to apply. Sadly, I have ruined one of the stickers trying to get it correctly positioned 😕.
Also, I do think that, if it was played with the pieces fitted at stage 42 and 44 will fall off very easily, as they’re loosely held on by one stud.
Apart from those few gripes, I’m still really pleased Brian and his GTR are part of my collection 😁

<span itemprop="description">Before this set was released, there was much hype surrounding it and alas, as it was released it sold out very quickly.
But is it worth that hype.
Well, as an AFOL and an F&F fan I was looking forward to this set, especially as it would go well with Dom's Charger.
Looks - although the bonnet (hood) could have been a little better it doesn't take away from the awesome little details on the car.
Build - loved building this. Even though it's only a small build there is just something great about it.
So, Yes, it probably is worth the hype....maybe.</span>
