In this case I ordered the max allowed of 3 boxes, and two of the three boxes had the exact same mini-figs in them.
I am going to contact customer service to see about returning since the box is open but the mini-figs are not.</span>

Complete opposite experience— I got 5 Ernesto’s, 3 Miguel’s, and at least 1 double for every character I opened. Nicked out 7 of the 16 listed. I was so looking forward to these coming out and spending my money on this set was a waste. Wait until they are out in stores to purchase.</span>

All three boxes were the same, this is not acceptable. I expected some duplicates but not 3 identical boxes. Lego you should rectify this situation. You cannot charge more and do less. You pride yourself on customer service and quality, well you missed the mark here.</span>

<span itemprop="description">As many reviewers experienced, we got two boxes of the exact same six. While having some duplicates are expected, this situation is clearly not random. Instead, they must be getting boxes from the same stack instead of randomizing. I called Lego to get them to send me the separate bags instead free of charge. If this happened to you already let Lego know and be insistent! Otherwise do not buy these until Lego fixes this issue!</span>

<span itemprop="description">This is probably the most dissatisfied I have been with Lego. Purchased 2 of these boxes in the hope I would have at least a few different characters. I fully understand you don’t know what you’re getting so I knew I was going to get a few duplicates. To my surprise both boxes had the exact same figures. That is ridiculous Lego, and pretty unfair to the thousands of customers who purchased these.</span>

<span itemprop="description">We ordered two boxes and it seems we were lucky in them not being duplicates. One box did have two Queen of Hearts (Queens of Hearts?), so we ended up with 11 different minifigures. The stands for these guys are printed with “Disney 100,” which is a nice touch.</span>
