The axolotl is super cute, they had a great time building it. It was easy enough for them to put together on their own with the included instruction book (they are 6 and 7). My grandson, saw it on the counter, and he opens it up and started to play with it. He had a great time putting it together. He played for hours I ready had a great time. I will be purchasing more of these items for the holidays. He keep him quiet and busy for hours. The way they play and use their imagination is amazing, they especially love the colors and the ease of just stacking up the blocks. At the end, the Axolotl looked absolutely cute and they put it proudly on display! My daughter had a great time putting it together. She was able to do it alone which was a plus. She had a lot of fun with all the pieces included. Well made and easy to assemble.
