<span itemprop="description">If you're a Marvel fan, this is a tremendous set. It's a great model of the Sanctum, packed with fun Easter eggs, dense with details, and with some really fun options for play and display. Minifigs are not my thing personally, but the ones in here are fun and work well with the set.
If you're a modular fan, this is a tremendous set. It's a beautiful exterior display that - if you put the minifigs and the monsters away - blends in with the rest of the modular collection absolutely seamlessly. It even provides something that I feel my modular city is oddly lacking in: housing!
If you're a Marvel AND a modular fan, it's hard to imagine sets getting much better than this.</span>

<span itemprop="description">I'm really not interested in Marvel, but when I saw this model I thought it was an attractive "modular build", so I bought it with a view to removing all the Marvel parts, making appropriate alterations and adding it to my Lego townscape. I'm pleased with the result including making all floors accessible with staircases. The building does have a small "footprint", so I question the playability aspect, but it looks good and suits my purpose. it will probably end up as a library (the bookcases are really good), or a museum as there isn't that much internal space for living accommodation.</span>

<span itemprop="description">Besides the Daily Bugle this is THE set for the Lego lover. Modular sections of the floor and roof make it a fun 3 story, and then there's a roof too! I customized the trophy room with quite few things including the much sought after Infiniti gauntlet. I figured it would be safer there anyway. You need it in your life because it's very lonely in that box away from your home.</span>
