La structure de l’ascenseur est imposante et l’ensemble peut sembler visuellement moins équilibré que les Montagnes russes 10261, mais le jeu des couleurs et les finitions sont soignés, y compris la zone d’embarquement. Surtout, le manège fonctionne à merveille ! Les mécanismes sont fluides et ingénieux. La démultiplication très importante permet d’élever la rampe en une dizaine de tours seulement, d'autant que l’assistance du lest facilite la manoeuvre. J’avais équipé les montagnes russes d’une motorisation, que je n’ai pas jugée nécessaire ici. Les deux loopings sont exécutés rapidement et les wagonnets sont prêts pour un nouveau départ ! A noter que j'ai retiré un maillon de la chaîne pour une meilleure tension, évitant parfois un saut de chaîne lors de l'ascension de la rampe chargée.</span>

<span itemprop="description">I have read with great interest other reviews here that discuss the poor "engineering" and lack of consistent functionality. My experience couldn't be further from this. I carefully put the entire set together, taking care to make sure that all bricks were fully inserted and "tight", and it works flawlessly! I motorized it with the recommended power up components, and it is just works! I needed to move it to another room in my home, and fortunately I had built it on a stiff piece of cardboard which allowed it to be easily moved. Even after moving it, the coaster works beautifully. For those who are having trouble getting it to work, it might be useful to review the building steps, and be sure that every brick is firmly clicked into place. This is in my top 5 sets of all time and makes an awesome addition to the amusement park theme. Looking forward to the next one!</span>

<span itemprop="description">It is heart breaking to review this beautiful and specially designed kit. It has enchanting characteristics like it’s hight, the colorful curves, the 11 mini figures beautifully dressed and prepared to roll through the coater; the hot dog, ballon and pretzel carts, at any rate, a spectacular scenery and details that should have made it an amazing kit. But, and there is the “BUT” which stains the effort placed by the artist/engineer who spent endless hours designing such a wonderful kit that does not properly work as expected and makes an engineering marvel, a small flaw of engineering in the eyes of some, and I. I do have to echo the voice of those who found a flaw in the elevator system, a flaw that takes away most, if not, all of the ability to play and fully enjoy the total beauty of the Coaster. Manually, raising it is a disaster! It is almost impossible to raise the track and coaster car at a good pace without jerks due to the ratio of the gears! And when they get to the top, they try to leave racing out, most times derailing. Amazing how fast they go down the slope and how neet they take the loops! That is impressive! Then they come to a stop, some of the times, that is if the track has not slammed down and is out of alignment or worst! I tried the power up function and the situation got even worse. The motor is too fast; the tray mostly stays half way and the coaster carts smash against the lower stop or came out of the track; in other instances the coaster cart already was down and the elevator smashed down against it! I tried a different slower type motor, the large low rpm, and it kind of worked better but still the counter weight had difficulties! One thing I noticed is that the tower, no matter what I do to it, it alwasy has some curvature, it is not perfectly straight. I used some crazy glue to prevent some of the bricks from coming loose since I understand the weight is not rhe problem but haven't had the time to sit and play more with it. I guess it has not been a good seller, I bought mine the same night it became available and it has never been backordered as I expected! Truthfully, I was going to purchase another for a nephew but after my experience, decided against it. I am sorry not being able to give a good or better review on this one. I am a Lego enthusiast and lover of almost 50 years; have built hundreds of intricate and multi thousands brick Lego's! However on this one, well, I beleive it still needed some work before turning it to us. Perhaps some retrofitting will be available later for use to purchase or free and fix it or better yet, we will work some fixes on our own!</span>

<span itemprop="description">'ve been excited about a new fairground ride, the Loop Coaster, since it was first announced! This set is massive and the vibrant colors are ideal. Blue and yellow-orange go together perfectly. It's well-designed, the ride is smooth, and the elevator concept is unique and entertaining to watch as it's built! I adore it! The construction of this set was smooth and varied; the only redundant part was the elevator chain. Overall, I give this set two thumbs up for its cleverness and fun build, as well as the color scheme chosen by the Lego group. Yes, I did read all the one-star reviews for this set about the elevator lift getting stuck and the cars getting stuck sometimes, and yes, I have dealt with these kinds of issues, but they are fixable and super easy; you need to tweak a few bricks and studs and your good. After fixing it, like taking a few chains off, my loop coaster has been operating smoothly and nicely. Overall amazing set!</span>

<span itemprop="description">This is my first Lego build and review and I am hooked. Yes the instructions can be hard to understand, but if you have patience, you can build this 3700 piece coaster. One piece of advice is to ensure not to rush through it and TAKE your time. After I assembled everything it took another hour to figure out why the car would not run on the track smoothly. All the Lego’s must be tight!!
I also hooked up the motor and it will run forever if I want it.
My next project is the lighthouse and after that the extreme 4x4 vehicle!</span>

<span itemprop="description">Bags 1 through 11 are quick and easy. Bags 12 -15 are more complicated. The instructions this time out also lacked clarity in the latter half of the assembly. There were numerous times when i had to study the diagrams and make my best guess as to what the designer was intending. Due to lack of clarity, this is by far the worst set of Lego instructions i've encountered in the last 25 years of building. Nonetheless, this is a beautiful model. The station details are fun and a really unique build. That being said, the transition of the train from elevator to track only works correctly one out of every 4 or 5 times. Sure, you can use your fingers to guide the cars onto the track but, hey, this is Lego. You shouldn't have to do that! This thing should be able to run on its own. And it does NOT. Also,I have to lament that assembling 222 chain links and an additional 33 bigger links was exceptionally tedious and extremely boring. I expect better from Lego than this.</span>

<span itemprop="description">Really enjoyed the build itself (bit tall so space is a problem) but my issue with this is the lift mechanism which is poor. The lift goes up to the top but does not come back down automatically so you have to do this manually, and then the cars don’t always go onto the lift properly at the bottom. I’ve tried a motor with this and just don’t bother, it’s so unreliable that any small issue and something gets jammed, stuck or broken.
A real shame.</span>

<span itemprop="description">Après m’être beaucoup amusé à construire le modèle de montagnes russes du modèle précédent, j’ai été enthousiasmé par ce grand looping.
Le montage est intéressant et facile à suivre. Mais il faut être minutieux et patient.
Le gigantisme apparaît au fur et à mesure de la construction, c’est vraiment bien fait.
Je n’ai pas rencontré de problème avec le départ de wagonnets en au début l’ascenseur, quelques petits ajustements pour le looping, et on est émerveillé par le balais des wagonnets que j’ai rendu automatique avec l’ajout d’un moteur power fonction. Très facile à jouter d’ailleurs par le soucis permanent de lego de rendre les pièces compatibles.
Là où j’ai vraiment apprécié le modèle c’est qu’on peut le connecter avec les montagnes russes 🎢 sans ajouter aucune pièce , et cela donne alors un ensemble très intéressant et agréable à regarder surtout avec les deux modèles motorisés.
Décidément, cette série foraine est vraiment très bien faite.

I’ve read many people complain about how the counterweight will mess up and the lift won’t go all the way down, however, there is a very easy fix. To avoid it don’t pull on the lift or counterweight. If it needs fixing, rewind the string on the counterweight so it’s back to the height it’s supposed to be as said in the instructions</span>

<span itemprop="description">This is truly an amazing structure. The engineering involved with Lego always blows me away. The build was really fun and engaging. I finished more quickly than I’d expect, but no complaints on the build experience.
The coaster play aspect is really fun as well but this is where the issues arise. After less than a few weeks and not even using it that much the “chain” has already stretched out to the point where it doesn’t work anymore.
Further, I echo the other reviews in that you constantly need to make sure pieces don’t come loose or apart. We’re it not for the stability and product quality issues I’d give this a five star rating, even though it’s overpriced.</span>

Probably the only Lego I've built that I can show to non-Lego friends and they go, "So cool!" It is quite easy to build too, so that can be a pro or con, but the end results is phenomenal.</span>

I hooked the old coaster and the new coaster together to make one big continuous coaster and it works awesome. A lot of the old issues on the coaster were rectified on the new coaster it runs so much more smoother.

<span itemprop="description">This was an amazing build and so very much enjoyed it. As other reviewers have stated, there can be issues with getting the coaster to depart from the track correctly at the top, but after an hour or so of tinkering I was able to get it to work. Honestly it made the build more enjoyable as i was able to extend the time it took to build. Tinkering with the counterweight and making sure everything was fully tight ultimately did the trick. This is an incredibly advanced Lego so you should expect to be an advanced builder, otherwise, you may be frustrated like the others that are giving this a bad review. 5 stars no doubt about it.</span>

<span itemprop="description">I love any Lego set with significant mechanical components, so when I saw this set, I knew I'd buy it. The set looks amazing, with great blue/yellow color scheme and thoughtful details. The overall build is very fun, and even the tall tower was enjoyable since it had enough variation to not get boring. My gripes come from slightly inconsistent operation: on rare occasion, the cars get stuck between the track at the top of the elevator and the elevator itself. This only seems to happen if you crank the set slowly, and should be fixed if it's motorized and run quicker, but it felt like tolerances could've been tighter. It'd also be nice to have a few more mechanical elements to play with, but I appreciate the design feat of having one crank seamlessly control the entire ride. Overall, 4.5 stars, a new favorite!</span>

<span itemprop="description">J’ai acheté le premier de la gamme le coaster. J’ai eu énormément de problème.
J’ai vu ce set qui m’a plu et je me suis laissé tenter. Honnêtement je trouve que cela manque cruellement de sérieux. Beaucoup de problème rencontré que j’ai pu grâce a mon expérience contrer. Pour ce qui est du wagon qui reste bloqué en haut, assurez vous de vous mettre derrière le wagon et vérifier le bon alignement de l’élévateur et du début de l’attraction. Un simple décalage et cela remet tout en cause le bon fonctionnement du lego. Pensez à le dépoussiérer avant chaque mis en marche. Une infime accumulation de poussière sur les railles et cela perturbera la descente du wagon.
Pour éviter que l’élévateur claque lors de la descente resserrée le bas de la colonne. Faites attention à ne pas trop serrer sinon cela va fortement réduire la descente et l’attraction ne sera plus synchro.
La chaîne se détend, pour éviter les claquements retirer des maillons.</span>

<span itemprop="description">Mon garçon a eu beaucoup de plaisir à fabriquer ce lego! Le tout en 3 avant-midi ( 12 heure de travail ). Il c'est payé ce lego avec son premier emploie d'été à 13 ans seulement! Les points positifs: instruction clair, pas de morceaux manquants, donne envie d'en arrivé à la fin sans s'arrêter héhé ). Seul point négatif : Ajustement à faire au niveau du nombre de maille de la chaine de monté qui doit être vraiment ajusté pour que l'engrenage n'échappe pas dans le bas. Nous avons enlever 3 mailles et le tout fonctionnait bien. Pas de problème de wagon dans le haut! Super Modèle. Garçon bien content de sont investissement!</span>

<span itemprop="description">This set was a lot of fun to build - interesting support structures, slick design, very well thought out.
That being said, you have to be spot on with the instructions, then build on your own to modify behavior you don’t like. Cracking of gears, slipping of chain, misaligned lift, these are all fixed if you reduce chain length, check your axle connections, verify parts are put together right, etc.
Some tweaks are always necessary - it’s a precision machine after all. I personally was annoyed with the top part, and had issues with the counterweight coming off the track, the counterweight track coming loose, and the top separating. My fix for this is attached - top block is rebuilt completely - Teknic parts to both stabilize the counterweight wheel and apply pressure to keep it from separating - SNOT pieces added to hold the the top of the track. You may not be in the same position.
The tweaking IS the fun part, but I think the key thing to remember is that if all is tight and it won’t run stock for a minute or so, there is probably a build mistake and you should recheck things. If you want more than a minute or so of runtime before you need maintenance, it’s time to customize.
I didn’t expect nor WANT perfection out of the box. This is Lego’s coaster when it’s stock, but now that I’ve tweaked it for me, it’s MY coaster.</span>

<span itemprop="description">The previous reviews with the misalignment, parts coming loose, counterweight problems etc, are true just after you finish the build, so what I've found is that after the 'break-in' period of several runs, the so-called problems disappear. I run my coaster for ten loops, then I check for loose parts, alignment etc. Seems the parts tend to stay put after several runs, but I always check anyway. The top of the tower track misalignment becomes less after several runs. Added the motor and all runs fine, good job Lego on everything !</span>
