<span itemprop="description">This was the best Christmas gift I received in years! I was a kid again.
My husband and I had fun putting this together slowly over the afternoon. My 6 year old was even able to help a little. I especially love all the small details and the funny ‘in jokes’ placed throughout the set that super fans will notice; such as Ross’ keyboard and the little picture of Joey with the blue lipstick etc.
It is a small set so only taking one star away due to this as it was even hard for my 6 year old to get in and place a few things in the back corner without knocking other pieces off.
Would love to see Monica’s apartment next!</span>

There are a couple of minor things I could nitpick about but I'm not going to. I'm very happy with this set and I hope LEGO continues to produce sets similar to this that are geared toward adults and pop culture. Hope to see the Frasier set next.</span>

<span itemprop="description">As a fan of Lego and FRIENDS, I will say that this model is perfect. I grew up watching the show with my mom, (she had all 10 seasons on DVD) and Central Perk is the classic set from the show. Sure, Monica's apartment is iconic, but THE set. It's where we first meet Rachel, where Chandler breaks up with Janice more that once, and where Phoebe gives Mike a chance (after seeing his hip shaking piano playing moves).
I enjoyed building the model and seeing all the little details the designers put in. By the bathroom/back door there is a radiator that's difficult to spot, but it's there. I especially like the stage lights, they give the model just the right touch that makes it stand out. The "RESERVED" sign was something I noticed while watching the show, and it was nice to see that Easter egg in here.
I got this as a Christmas gift on the 23rd, and already had a bunch of fun posing the minifigs and adding some from my collection. This model would be perfect for anyone who is a fan of the show FRIENDS or classic tv.</span>

<span itemprop="description">Being a fan of the show since my youth, this set really captures the feel of the original show while still having that essential LEGO style. The set is compact and full of nods and details that reference the show, from Joey's ichiban lipstick, to Phoebe's smelly cat. The iconic couch is also there for any AFOL's that want to do custom LEGO MOCs. This set really captures everything you'd want in a LEGO friends set and the price is unbeatable.
I would only say that I am looking forward to an expansion set for the minifigs with alternate costumes or another set with the apartment that would stack on top of this set, since their original apartment was right above Central Perk.</span>

<span itemprop="description">The whole concept was such a cool idea and I was so excited to build Central Perk! I’m a HUGE fan of Lego sets and love building them! Not to be only negative, but this review is based on the idea that Lego builders are already HUGE fans so I’m only writing my disappointments. After I finished the build, I found this Lego to be somewhat of a let down. There were very few things that made me think this was so clever and cute as I have in the past with other Lego sets. I found the over all build to be way too small and compact to the point it was hard to even place items. This could never be played with due to the compact size! Poor Phoebe can’t even sit down due to her hair. I had to push the seat back way back to even get her in. The piano had no place to go????! The Central Perk window was a huge disappointment I thought, why not just have it where it could be read from both sides?! The directions were not as nice as usual either with nothing hi-lighted to show where the pieces go, I really thought Lego was past doing directions this way. The overall size seemed to be so much smaller than the set of central perk too. I just found the entire Lego “set” to be off and did not really give me a good sense that this was a Central Perk “replica” if you will. Sorry Lego but this build really let me down!
I don’t regret my purchase, I just wish it would have been done better!</span>

<span itemprop="description">Missed out when this was first released so 25 days later when it finally became available again I ordered two! One to build one to put away.
Started building it with the kids but my 14 year old daughter ended up doing most of it as she's the LEGO expert in our house. Took her about 3 hours and 45 minutes in one sitting. Not too hard not too easy.
Love the detail. Would be great to see another set from Friends in the near future. Monica's apartment maybe?</span>

<span itemprop="description">I haven't properly built with lego since I was a kid but I found out about this set on the run up to release and love F.r.i.e.n.d.s so thought I had to buy it and I'm so glad I did. The instructions are clear and easy to follow and it's great seeing all the attention to detail that's gone into it as you're constructing it, especially when you are the coffee machine/till section coming together. It took me about 4hrs to build in total but the time flew by and I think I'm back in love with Lego. Really enjoyed this set, hope they bring more out :-)</span>
