<span itemprop="description">I'm a NASA fan and a LEGO fan, so I own most of the space-themed sets - Mars rover, Apollo lander, Saturn V, ISS, space shuttle. This seemed like a natural add, and I really enjoyed it. The pad build is a little repetitive but I personally didn't mind watching it grow step by step. I would also add that the rocket itself is a relatively small part of the build. Again, I didn't mind, but it was surprising. Love all the details, and how sturdy/strong the finished product is. Plus it's great to have as I wait for the real thing to launch on the Artemis 2 mission. My biggest complaint actually has to do with stickers - I hate trying to affix those teeny things, and I wish they were all just printed on the bricks. (Some are, so why not all?)</span>

<span itemprop="description">I’m someone who is very used to build Lego sets for many years, regardless of their complexity level, so at 99% of the time I know what I’m getting from Lego. This Artemis set was not the case and I’m disappointed.
The building experience is terrible. Most of the time you will be building the platform and the tower (about 2/3 or more of the set). Those are well engineered components, the repetitive building of the tower didn’t bother me at all, but I was surprised that the rocket only starts on the last two bags.
Their built was annoying with a mix of elements with prints and others with stickers. Again, as someone that’s used to built huge sets with stickers, those are not something I’m not familiar, but the ones in this set were a huge disappointment. The NASA word should be printed, the nameplate should be printed. The round surfaces and poor instruction about sticker location made me feel with the urgency of finish the set as soon as possible and never touch it anymore.
The design of the rockets is poor and they are kind of fragile. Not something that I would recommend to someone that expects to play with the set.
Also it’s unnecessary big and makes display a problem if you don’t have room for it. I’m actually surprised it currently has good reviews on the website as my reviews tends to match the overall rating. My advice is: you can find much better Lego sets with much greater building experience for this price or less. This Artemis set was a big deception for me!!</span>

<span itemprop="description">Overall, this is a great piece. However, for the money you pay, I'd expect more pieces to be printed rather than having to sticker yourself. At the very least Lego should provide some cheap lego tweezers to help facilitate placing the stickers with some degree or precision. I hate when more technical builds rely on imprecise placement for stickers by hand.
Other than that, the details are great and the moving parts really help to make it a standout piece. The build can be a bit monotonous, if you're looking for each piece to help lead to something new, but I enjoy the zen aspect of that. I wound up assembling most of the segments ahead of time and then putting it all together like a pre-fab construction which was kind of fun for me.</span>

<span itemprop="description">So, the very first thing you need to know...about 80% of the build is the launch tower, which starts off great. The base is an interesting construction and was fun to build...except the fence that goes around the outside, 88 individual pieces! Sadly the tower was not fun at all. Bag after bag after bag of the same build instructions (or pretty much the same, minor variations every now and then) as you do each level - and these sections are very fiddly. It was also VERY flimsy, till you finally get to the steps adding the support struts - then it does firm up a little - but I wouldn't go trying to move it by the tower!
The rocket was rather basic, I was really hoping that it would have had some more complexity to it - my Saturn V was a pain to build (but very enjoyable as a result) while this set was, essentially, stack the round pieces.
It's made worse by the use of stickers for detailing - which is fine if you have a steady hand. But I do not. Bottom line I hate stickers, please just use printed parts!
The Orion capsule is rather disappointing - it is very basic.
The whole set is a nice display piece, but at the same time this is not the most enjoyable build at all. Is the end result worth the boredom of the build? To be honest I am not sure - I really do think that Lego hit apex rocket with the Saturn V set (even though that set has no official launch pad) and as a result this just feels a little lack-luster.</span>

La grosse problématique du set ce situe au niveau de la tour du lanceur où malgré des espacements de mes moments de build, le fait de faire toujours la même chose finissait par réduire le plaisir de construire. Cependant le reste de la construction est fort agréable et le rendu est très beau. Mais il faut savoir dans quoi l’on s’engage 😊</span>

<span itemprop="description">As a self confessed moon/space geek this model is a glorious addition to my LEGO space display. The launch tower is quite a monotonous build but provides a stunning backdrop and ‘grounds’ the collection. Some good PU and use of colour in an otherwise grey building.
The rocket is cleverly designed and sectioned like the real life version.
Look forward to future additions as we return to the moon on Artemis.</span>

En soit, le système de lancement n'est pas très passionnant à construire (pas de technique de construction intéressante et très répétitif). Et la fusée, elle, est très anecdotique.
Et trop de stickers : pourquoi certaines pièces sont tampographiées quand d'autres doivent recevoir un sticker alors que globalement elles ne sont pas si différentes.
Je ne recommanderais ce set qu'à ceux qui veulent compléter leur collection Espace.</span>

<span itemprop="description">I heard all the gripe that's floating around about this set. I missed out on the Saturn 5 and the lem, but I loved Discovery, so I knew I had to get this one. First gripe: repetitive build: that's the kind of set this is, I advise not trying to do it all in one go, take a break every few bags and you'll be fine. Second gripe: the rocket dosen't begin until bag 22, yes that's true, but this set is the whole launch system, not just the rocket, and thats great. Third gripe: STICKERS, yes there are stickers, probably because Lego didn't want to print some parts. I'll say this, these stickers are high quality, I don't believe they'll discolor, they're easy to work with too, you can remove and reapply. I do recommend some precision tools, like precision tweezers to apply and nudge the stickers into place, also have plenty of lighting and good visibility and relax to have a steady hand. The end result is so good, I decided to overlook all the gripes and give this one 5 stars, it is an incredible and functional display piece, it's huge too, so make sure you have the room. Not everyone will love building this set, but everyone can agree it looks awesome.</span>
