<span itemprop="description">I am just getting back into Lego as an adult and have been trying everything to see what I like. I bought this set because I like the way it looks and wanted to see how they achieved the detail. I have built a few other animals and have enjoyed them, this one is really nice though. Early on in the process I wasn't sure I liked it, it is very technical looking and you don't get into the pretty stuff until you have the base built. Then it gets really fun. I like the colors and making the water in the base was fun and challenging - lots of translucent pieces, but rewarding. The final product is really nice and if they release more birds like this I will definitely buy them.</span>

<span itemprop="description">I first saw the set in store and it instantly caught my eye. The colours alone and the fact that it’s a unique set I personally haven’t seen attempted before. I started to build at a leisurely rate and at a time of 3-4 hours it was enjoyable throughout. Using new techniques I haven’t done before and the blocks used for the water is simply special. The wings and torso are so seem less even the plants are great. If you’re looking for another addition or you’re a nature loving individual who wants a centre piece this set is brilliant.</span>

<span itemprop="description">honestly, this is one of my two or three favorite builds of all time. the set itself looks incredible in person (honestly, the photos don't do it justice). and the build is just incredibly fun. multiple new (to me) building techniques, great colors, incredibly clever use of elements (like the pagoda roof plates giving a splashing water effect), all the while being reasonably priced and a good size (not small but not so big that it's overwhelming to start). building the water could have been a little tedious, but honestly given that the water effect is so cool it didn't feel tedious at all. incredible set all around.</span>

The build is really enjoyable and the water element is truly a masterpiece. Once finished, It is absolutely beautiful to look at , with quite fine detail and lots of lovely additional features like the splash and the reeds. I would absolutely recommend this set and the Lego Builder app is useful on this one, especially for bag two.</span>

<span itemprop="description">I was really into LEGO as a kid, it was all I would ask for on holidays. I'm in my 30s now and getting back into the hobby has been in the back of my mid for some time. When I saw this set I was immediately onboard, as it's a bit more "adult" than most of the others, and also a theme I really enjoy. Now that I've finished this build (which was great) I'm hooked again and will be getting many more sets in the 18+ category (because of the complexity).
This build is very well done, and captures a lot of motion, which is hard to do with LEGO. It looks even better in person.</span>

<span itemprop="description">The entire build process was very smooth, with some semi-interesting techniques mixed in.
The overall look of the model is great, especially with the details of the water being parted and the cattails being parted from the bird flying down. The bird itself is obviously great to look at, and the wings are phenomenal.
Overall, with the amount of pieces and the details that went into this build, I think the price goes very well with the finished product.</span>
