My kids love this brand. They will build anything out of them. They also love Harry Potter. So, when they found out about this set they were beyond excited. The Hogwarts Moment: Potions Class is an excellent set. I love how authentic the pieces look. They all go very well together. My 12 year old thoroughly enjoyed putting this together. I would not recommend this for really young kids because there are multiple little pieces to it. The entire set is not too bulky. It is actually just the right size to move from place to place without a lot of hassle. There is not much weight to it. Which makes it even easier to transport. My kids live showing their creations off.so, they are able to take this set with them. It took less than an hour for them to put it together. But, after that they played with it for awhile. Which is a good thing. I would most definitely recommend this to a collector, a parent, or anybody just looking for something to keep them busy. Another good thing is they have other sets available. You will be pleasantly surprised by the contents. My 10 and 8 year old daughters loved and were able to make it in less than an hour. They had a fun play time after making it. It fold into a book which makes it easy to store. Among all other gifts to him and my other 3 kids, the LEGO&reg; Harry Potter&trade; Hogwarts&trade; Moment: Potions Class (76383) was the hit. Of course I got other Lego for my 6 y/o daughter but they both enjoyed playing LEGO&reg; Harry Potter&trade; Hogwarts&trade; Moment: Potions Class (76383). The structure makes this set fold into a book, literally able to carry around and show off to grandparents. The set has tiny bottles with elixir and diamond stones. I am so glad I got this set for him. Definitely recommend it to friends and family and to the moms of his classmates. This fit the criteria to a T and was small enough that it was able to be built in one sitting and played with. My kids loved that it was related to Harry Potter and it was overall a hit. This is a new style of legos that incorporate a book into the scene. It did not take long to build, but my children loved playing with it for much longer than some other sets.
