She is off to a new school in a couple weeks and this play set was a fantastic way for her to play through her expectations about going to school. It kept her entertained for over a week, she was able to play independently and was so proud of herself once she built each section of the school. Having the school broken up into different bags of Lego and different books made it easy for her to feel like she achieved something as she went along (also great for time management!) There was one piece in the box that didn’t fit as it should have, which was slightly disappointing for her but she managed to find a way to work around it (good problem solving activity!)
She already has ideas of what to build next with her new Lego pieces.</span>

The instructions were very helpful and easy to follow and it occupied them for hours! Now they play with this Lego set every day! The diversity of mini figures is a great bonus, too!</span>

My 7 year old helped for a little bit but preferred playing with it than building it. She tried to pick it up to move it when she was done and it came apart unfortunately. My 10 year old may not have pushed the pieces in hard enough though. They both enjoyed playing creatively with the characters and playing schools.</span>

The characters are diverse in many ways, the school has lots of "opportunities" that give my girls a sense of what they have to look forward too in later school years.
