<span itemprop="description">Wow, what a design, WELL DONE LEGO 👏 the detail and thoughtfulness into each room and floor was incredible. I loved every second of this build. There were only two issues I would like to highlight, the first was that I was gutted once I had completed the build, but enjoyed sitting back admiring my work. The second is that - PLEASE LISTEN LEGO (as your such an amazing company) is the base/overall footprint of the building should be larger, just so that all that amazing detail you create can be appreciated even more as I think the rooms as a whole, from the reception to the bedrooms & bathrooms are a little on the small side, that’s my only real gripe. But anyone out there even remotely thinking about this, just get it. You will enjoy every moment of the build.</span>

Et même si je l'ai acheté avec l'augmentation de Septembre 2022, je ne regrette absolument pas cet achat qui permet à la fois de posséder un bâtiment d'angle mais également de fêter les 15 ans de la thématique modular.
Point(s) positif(s): Un très beau modular d'angle, techniques de construction, nbr de minifigs, zéro stickers, références aux précédents sets.
Point(s) négatif(s): Le prix.
Pour conclure, si comme moi vous débutez la collection, vous pouvez très bien commencer par ce bâtiment qui débutera votre rue à merveille.</span>

<span itemprop="description">I haven't touched a Lego set in 25 years, but after seeing this gorgeous building (and after building my daughter's Lego Friends food stall set), I knew this is the building I wanted to make! Lego has evolved so much in the last 25 years, it's incredible the amount of colors and shapes that have been added since I last played. Reusing existing shapes to create intricate details such as the snake guardrail and handcuff balcony, all make for an incredible build! It took me about 2 days to finish, which in the grand scheme of things - not long enough!
It's true the rooms could be a tad bigger to actually play with the mini figures. But I love the nod to Mondrian in the art gallery, and the exterior details of the building.
Bravo Lego, for creating these modular sets that go beyond spaceships, pirate boats and medieval themes. I grew up with a brother who had these sets and felt the City theme was always a little underwhelming. But that was 25 years ago, and now I'm hooked on the modular buildings. Looking forward in growing my collection and designing my own builds!</span>

<span itemprop="description">This set is awesome! And I thought I'd bought the best Modular when I'd gotten the Backstreet Bookstore. This Boutique Hotel looks great on my Modular street! It looks best put against the Police Station or Backstreet Bookstore, but it will also look good against the Assembly Square. When you make this purchase, you're not only getting one beautifully designed Victorian-inspired hotel, you're also getting a fine art gallery and cafe. Every part of this set is well designed. The lobby is well designed (Though LEGO could have added some more there), both the budget and normally-priced rooms are well designed with no cut cost, and the penthouse suite has everything you could want in a hotel room. The use of the eggshell, snake and bumper car pieces are very creative. This set is also packed with references to other Modulars. I am very satisfied with this set. Would buy again, no doubt about it.</span>

I had to build. It took forever building it.
There were lots of small pieces I had to put together. The hotel has lots and lots and lots and lots and lots of detail. The rooms were extremely cramped. It can be difficult placing the furniture in place If you have giant hands.
It can be difficult to play in the building. I recommend displaying in your closet (put it securely on a shelf) and forget about it do you don't have the risk of redoing the tedious build. Display this last i recommend. The other sets may be less difficult to redo so they don't have to be in a closet. It was definitely an expert build with the amount of small pieces I had to deal with hours upon hours upon hours upon hours upon hours upon hours upon hours upon hours on end. I had to put 3066 whole pieces There were a few giant pieces. That was nice for a short while then I was stuck with the little tiny pieces. They are soo small that they can be difficult to hold on to. Even step one started with a tiny piece! There was alot on each step. There were many challenging spots especially placing the small pieces. The instructions were very very thick. I had to flip 288 pages and do about 450 steps. When I opened the box I saw lots and lots of packets. They were all numbered. The set came with a pretty big land. The smallest pieces were the tiny round pieces. They can drop easily. It would also be hard to find again. If anyone wants an ultimate challenge or loves building tiny pieces then here is the perfect set for you</span>

I wasn't too keen on this one because it doesn't seem easy to fit in my city but... but having built it now after a year in the box, I was amazed at the build techniques. Every year there are one or two delights in the modulars but this one absolutely blew me away. It is almost like a new way of thinking about Lego - those angles and so perfectly put together. The Corner Garage tried angles and it was a great set, etc. but this one is a whole new level. Congratulations to the design team.</span>

<span itemprop="description">As an avid collector of the modular buildings, I'm thrilled to see the little stories on each page of the instruction manual that tie in characters from the other buildings into this build! It makes the building so fun! I'm still building the first floor, but I love this feature. I just finished the page which explains that the artwork hanging in the hotel lobby was painted by the artist that lives in the loft above the Parisian Restaurant. I love it!! :-)</span>

<span itemprop="description">Every is good. No missing pieces. Nice design. Wish Lego would release at least 2 modulars a year, even if the mid-year one is only a 16 wide. That way we wouldn’t have to buy as many alternative brand modulars.</span>
