<span itemprop="description">This is probably the first lego set I've considered gluing. The main tree stem kept breaking off for me and I had to keep rebuilding it.
Putting on the flowers required some careful work. It was hard to see the connectors. Lastly, being that many of the pieces are darker colors, the instructions were a little difficult to read without really good light. Instructions in the lego app were much better.
Overall, I like the outcome but this seems like a set that requires more patience than usual and seems more likely to break easily.</span>

<span itemprop="description">Aside from all of the missing pieces I had to re-order in this set, the design and instructions are infuriating - the manual depicts brown pieces to be placed over other brown pieces (I get it, it's a tree, but that's really unhelpful) and then black pieces over those making it stupidly hard to actually work out where they go.
The angle chosen for the instructions further make it difficult to actually place the flowers / branches and the whole thing hinges on a stem which is completely unstable to the point where I actually ended up supergluing it together.
The supergluing incident happened shortly before I threw it in the bin (no, seriously).
I really wanted to like this set, it was intended for a gift, but it's the worst designed set I've come across.
I am sad that I cannot recommend this item.</span>

The tree is not sturdy and constantly collapses when finishing. The pointless pebble looking things are put in as the 3rd step, so trying to constantly put the tree back together causes the pebbles to fall everywhere. I cannot believe I wasted my money on this. This thing is supposed to be zen but all it causes is stress. I hate it. The 5 star reviews are bots.</span>

Plus compliqué à construire qu’un simple bouquet, et plus fragile au moment du montage des fleurs et des feuilles, j’ai cassé plusieurs fois le tronc et donc du mettre à l’épreuve ma patience… que je n’ai que fort petite 😅
Le livret est heureusement clair et détaillé, et j’ai pu, moyennant une pièce dont je n’ai jamais su retrouver d’où elle venait, terminer ma construction.
Ma ténacité a été payante, car le rendu final est juste sublime !
Je recommande vivement, y compris pour les débutants comme moi.</span>

<span itemprop="description">La construction du bonsaï est simple, un peu répétitive pour les feuillages mais les éventuelles erreurs sont sans gravité. L'aspect visuel est superbe et le choix entre deux feuillages est appréciable, de même que les suggestions d'autres aménagements dans le manuel, si Lego proposait des sachets de feuillage alternatifs pour ce bonsaï cela pourrait être intéressant. On appréciera les dots fournis pour remplir le bac, même s'il impose une position très stable de l'ensemble si on ne veut pas avoir à tout ramasser sous le canapé après un renversement (oui, çà m'est arrivé !). Peu encombrant, il trouve naturellement sa place dans la décoration de la maison. Je me demande juste : pourquoi des grenouilles roses ? Mais on s'y habitue, comme on s'habitue à toujours placer une grenouille à un endroit incompréhensible dans les sets Harry Potter. Et puis rien n'empêche de commander des fleurs ou de piocher dans son stock Lego Friends pour varier le bonsaï au cours de l'année. Peu de possibilités ludiques évidemment, mais un bel objet facile à assembler et agréable à exposer.</span>

<span itemprop="description">Make sure you're building it in a well-lit room. The instructions are not well printed - dark pieces shown on dark grey/purple paper! I had to double back a couple of times to add pieces I couldn't see the first time around.</span>

<span itemprop="description">I received this set as a gift, my first Lego build in at least a decade. It's a stunning piece and the interchangeable foliage is a brilliant tough. My only complaint is that some of the darker bricks were difficult to see clearly in the instructions. I could have very easily put at least two pieces in the incorrect orientation. But overall, the experience and result are fantastic.</span>
