<span itemprop="description">I received this product as a gift. I enjoy customizing my legos and enjoying them as a building toy. I thought I would do so with this set, and customize it to look like it was a tree in the winter, by removing the leaves and slightly extending the branches with brown blocks. Unfortunately, this set falls apart so easily that customization is impossible. I spent hours trying to make my slight variation on their instructions, but the design of the set is such that you can't change it whatsoever without encountering immediate and unavoidable structural failure. This set is an affront to the design of the lego sets I grew up with, which were engineered to be customized and enjoyed. I dismantled this set for parts and won't be reconstructing this garbage design. Quality control was out sick on the day this design was greenlighted.</span>

<span itemprop="description">Excellent product. I did not have any stability issues with the tree trunk at all. It goes in nice and sturdy into the base and the trunk is sturdy as well. One thing I can think of that might of made it unstable was, maybe some forgot the white studs around the plate where trunk attaches? Again, I followed instructions and everything is extremily sturdy. Excellent building experience and the tree looks great with pink leaves. Much easier to take care of than a real bonsai tree. :) I had a couple of those and none survided for long. Hopefully, this one thrives. Definetely recommend.</span>

<span itemprop="description">This build was really fun and turned out gorgeous. I couldn't choose between the cherry blossoms (those frogs are just too cute!) And the greenery so I combined them. The platform and base of the build was really nice and has given me some ideas for other builds. But the trunk of the tree was so fragile and finicky that it kept collapsing. There's just too few points of contact in several places for the shape and the top heavy design. It made it super frustrating to build, and honestly I don't think switching out the leaves as the design intended would be possible without the whole thing coming apart. I'm happy with it, and not mad I bought it, but it's my least favorite of the botanical sets that I've built so far for this reason.</span>

As the trunk of the tree was very unstable and if I ever so slightly move it,it breaks into many prices as it’s very top heavy. But even though I may kind very negative it is a gorgeous piece.</span>
