I was very happen to be chosen to review this great product from Kinetic. My kids were happy to try this fun sand, so was I. The sand is scented and it is very easy to play with. You will easily start molding it and making great fun Ice-cream. The sand kind of melts with your hand with the way it is being shaped. You can make many fun items by using your creative mind. Using up many hours of having fun. There are a few fun items you can add to your Ice-cream treats you have made that are in your carrying case. Clean up is so easy, you will not have to put much effort into it either. The sand comes together with a quick press in your hands. The case everything comes in is a carrying case to store your Kinetic Sand Scents in. I am going to go check out what other Kinetic products they have in the store. Great product!! This was the first time my daughter has played with kinetic sand and we were warned that it would be messy, so we decided to have an ice cream party outside. Honestly, the mess wasn't terrible! We had a lot of fun scooping and molding this non-toxic sand and my daughter has asked to play with it multiple times already. It's such a fun sensory experience but we weren't too keen on the scents -- the best one was the blue sand, which smelled like a fruity soap. The other two were less enjoyable, unfortunately. That said, the texture of this sand is such a cool experience -- it isn't sticky and is even a little fluffy! We love the little picks that you can stick into your creation and use them often in our play. I do wish there was a second ice cream cone and spoon (even just a second mini spoon to go in the second sundae cup). I was also confused as to how to store the sand -- there's no containers! Then I realized you can store it right into the case and it doesn't dry out, which is very handy. I do find the case a bit large and cumbersome but every fits well and it keeps stuff organized. I did have to store the sand in bags as my 3 year old wants to open the case by herself and tries to do it while it's upright, which would cause the sand to spill out. This toy was gifted to my 3 year old but my 10 year old joined in one day as well and had a lot of fun. This is a great toy for any child to have a tactile, imaginative play time alone or with a friend! They were very excited to open and &quot;unbox&quot; the playset and dove right into playing. The scents of the different-colored sands were heavenly and strong enough to make the entire room smell so sweet! Kinetic sand is amazing, it retains its shape and is very easy to clean up. It reminds me of slime with sand in it. This sets only downfall is only the blue is scented, the other 2 colors are not. First off, I love that it comes with a carrying case. Similar products sometimes just come in bags and then theres always the question of what you do with it. I didn't even open it yet. I was excited to have my goddaughter who has been staying with me try this. She is almost 4 and very curious and always wants to try new things. Everything that she does she puts a lot of thought to and she asks lots of questions and wants to try it herself. I knew this would be perfect for her. She was excited when she saw the colorful box. Her words were wow as soon as I gave it to her. We opened the box together and she was loving the scents. She put everything up to her face to smell it. I asked her if she wanted to make ice cream and she said yes with a lot of enthusiasm. We loved the different molds and the different colored kinetic sand. It was easy to scoop up and put into the molds. The sand is easy to squish in your hands and easy to use for a small child. I was able to get some work done as my goddaughter was busy playing for while. She kept coming to me with a different ice cream she made and we pretended to enjoy it. It smells so good it actually smelled like real ice cream. This ice cream set is already a big hit in our house! My seven year old daughter kept stating how fun it was creating her own ice cream concoctions over and over again. My favourite part is how everything is so nicely contained in a small carry case, it makes clean up a breeze and doesnt take up too much space!
