<span itemprop="description">Love the design of this playhouse! However, the wood is still pretty rough to the touch. It definitely looks just barely primed and needs some sanding and another coat of paint.
Unless your grass is shorter than the door, you need some kind of platform for the house for the door to open and close.
Also, you need a door handle on the inside to pull the door closed.</span>

<span itemprop="description">The house is super cute. If you want a house that’s put together in an hour and already weatherproof go buy a plastic one. This one requires some work. We built a deck for ours to sit on, also as soon as we had it put together I put an exterior bonding primer on
It( after reading all the reviews). We also sprayed the roof with the rubber seal spray stuff you see on commercials to protect and waterproof the roof. Then We added actual shingles. yes it’s a bit more work but necessary if you want it to last.
Another note there were a number of holes that didn’t line up with the wood planks they were suppose to and the kid Kraft emblem
Was on the door upside down and on the bottom. There were quiet a few holes that were in the wrong Place and never used. Also the directions do not accurately rep sent what pieces look like or how they are suppose to be secured. This took us 4 hours to put together.</span>

<span itemprop="description">This got a 4 rating only because I like KidKraft, otherwise it would have been a 3. I encountered 2 pretty annoying issues. 1) one of the pieces came broken. I requested a new one and it was surprisingly easy and fast. 2) the screw holes for the sink were not lined up (the house was put together perfectly, I triple checked). I didn't bother requesting new pieces because I wasn't sure if it was the sink or the two sides that were off. Not to mention I did not want this to be delayed again. So I drilled new holes. Now I have to fill in the old holes and repaint. What a mess. - Yet, I still like KidKraft and am happy with the house overall. I would do it again, but I would appreciate less 'extra' steps to get to the end result.</span>

<span itemprop="description">This is ADORABLE!!! We waited to put it together to be sure we had the time. It went up in a day and was easy to manage. The top of the picnic bench was damaged during delivery, but my son thought he can try to fix it. We plan to enhance this house with little touches such as curtains and rugs. It will be fun to do.</span>

<span itemprop="description">Super cute but the quality of the wood isn’t the best. Not sure if these are made for repainting, but the paint quality is kinda poor too. With that said, I play to make it over, and it is a good rough canvas. Sleek and modern design.</span>

<span itemprop="description">This is such an adorable playhouse! This was a Xmas gift for our kiddos and naturally wanted to add cute touch up the house. Since it arrived already primered, made it very easy to paint! Instructions were very easy to follow. It took my husband about 2.5 hours to build. AND in winter weather outside! They love it and ask to go outside to play in it everyday even in cold weather!</span>
