My husband started assembling this set by himself at 11:30 in the morning, had a buddy join in around 3:00 and they were done by 5:30... just in time for the kids to come home! We have 2 boys, 4 and 1.5, and it works perfectly for both. We hung our baby swing up so the 1.5 year old has a place to swing while the 4 yr old uses the big boy swing. Both can easily climb the ladder/rocks and the play house is an added bonus. My 4 year old has always been in the 99% for height so I was a little worried that he would already be too big and not have much growing room- but as far as I can tell, he will have many years left to play on this set. 10/10 recommend.</span>

The size was also ideal for her small backyard. We hired a handyman to assemble it. We decided that it was more work than grandpa and dad had time to do. An experienced handyman was the way to go. The instructions were very helpful, although there are a few steps where you have to look very closely to make sure you're using the right parts. Ours came missing a few screws and KidKraft sent a replacement within about 5 days. We chose to paint all our pieces to match our house, and it ended up looking amazing! Our 2-year-old has been playing in the downstairs kitchen every day and just loves everything about it. We substituted out one of the swings for the Fisher Price swing and it works really well. Highly recommend this for anyone looking for a set that's not too big but has a lot of functionality.</span>

We contacted the company on a Friday, and the replacement was delivered Sunday morning, no questions asked. Excellent customer service!!!</span>
