The doll’s hair is really curly (natural texture) but can be easily twisted or braided. We love that not only does this doll come with the normal hair ties and clips, but also comes with fun colors to add to the hair as well as beads. I love that there are little cubbies to keep everything organized but I do wish there was a clear lid to keep everything secured incase of dropping the toy (yes we accidentally dropped it and beads went flying). Overall great product!</span>

Opening the package was a breeze except removing the hairnet which took a while to avoid cutting her hair. Also, the blister package that the hair beads arrived in cause a minor accident where in popping them out the plastic with into my nail and caused bleeding, they should be popped out with anything other than your finger. My daughter loved how bright and big it was, she knew exactly who she was and was excited to play with it. She loved using the water bottle on her and combing it. After figuring out all the accessories she was on it and played with it for a good 45+ minutes each time. At first I'll admit that at age 9 she was was thrown off over the fact that she got a doll, but that's not how she saw it after a while. It was more of a practice toy to learn to braid and let her creativity flow with hairstyles which are very much in at her age. My 3 year old jumped at the opportunity to brush her hair. She harshly brushed it, and we thought she was going to damage it, but she didn't. She wasn't successful at using the accessories since her hands are so tiny so soon after she left the big sister playing alone.</span>

The hair came covered in a protective netting so it wouldn't be damaged. It was easy to remove and the hair was well preserved. My daughter filled the included spray bottle with water and it worked very well to spray the hair. She had so much fun spraying and combing Karma's hair and trying out the barrettes and accessories. She did have a little difficulty in getting the smallest rubber bands that were included out of the hair when she wanted to change the style, but was successful on her own. The barrettes and accessories all worked well and were of good quality, so they can be reused over and over.</span>

Some of the smaller decorative accessories were too hard to attach and they got tangled up in the hair. The headband & ponytails were easier to use tho. Couldn’t really use the comb as the hair is very thick & curly so some of hair pulled out in clumps. Not fun for them. Difficult for little hands. The girls ended up playing with it with pretend makeup instead of hairstyling it.</span>

It is of great quality with lots of accessories such as hair prices combs brush etc. the hair is amazing like proper Afro so great to play with a little girl who actually looks like my little girl. She has spent hours playing with this practising various hair styles! Amazing toy for any little boy or girl.</span>

However you can not do anything with it. Its got to much curly hair so you can't brush the hair as it ends up more frizzy. The most you can do is loads of little braids all over the hair but even that's hard to do</span>
