My son was absolutely obsessed with the color of the dinosaur. It&rsquo;s so unique compared to the rest of the Jurassic Park line. It&rsquo;s a nice contrast compared to the T-Rex. My son is 5 and is average sized for his age frouoing and this allosaurus is from tail tip to head, just about the same size. My kiddo absolutely lit up at receipt of it and plays with it daily. Of course, his favorite part of play is that he can feed some of the smaller dinosaur toys he has and cars. The size of this dino is awesome, is the biggest dinosaur that my son has. The dino is well made from his blue back spikes, his fierce looking teeth, and his scarying looking eyes. It was easy to assemble which is a plus. My son has fun feeding the Allosaurus smaller dinos and cars. I like that the stomach opens releasing what the dino eats. My only criticism is that I wish it had sound. It's very easy to piece together. You just have to pop the tail and legs into place. He loves how big this dino is &amp; that it can &quot;eat&quot; his smaller dinos. You open up the mouth &amp; down the hatch they go! There is a flap on the underside of the dino's belly where you can retrieve the smaller dinosaurs that are eaten and keep on playing. This toy is gigantic! It is actually the same size as our dog and my son tried to torment our dog with it by chasing him around the house. There was some assembly required which was a bit tough and had to have my husband do as my hands are a bit arthritic in the cold. But once the legs and tail were in place the Dino was ready to go! The mouth opened and closed and the teeth were a flexible material that was really nice and unexpected. I know the back of the box says the mini dinosaurs that he can eat are not included but was unaware of this when I picked it out. So we had to get creative and fed him dog kibble which we emptied from the belly and my dog was able to eat. This Dino toy is huge and almost as big as my 6 year old Dino lover daughter!! The arms and legs are able to be articulated and the mouth opens wide, with a little hatch to take out anything that this Dino &ldquo;swallows.&rdquo; I like that it&rsquo;s not particularly heavy for being so big so my kids can move it around easily. This new allosauraus had great coloring and he was very happy with it. He loves having it eat other smaller figures and the latch on the belly of this one is not to hard for him to pop open and actually stays latched. I do wish they had painted the claws black to match the toe claws. One thing as a parent thaylt is a bit of a negative is how to store these toys because they are so big and have the long tail.
